Clean room quiet hallways

The room was clean but the tub looked worn and the shower didn't work. The pool works but it has bugs in it and they didn't clean it after closing so it all had bugs in it when I left. They tried to take more money from me off me debit card they used to get my deposit off of luckily it was locked. I had already paid for my room before I got there. They tried to tell me that I couldn't have my other kids swimming with us because they were not sleeping there. I won't be going back anymore.

Location was good facilities were good and loved the pool was a little disappointed the sauna wasn't working The only day we ate breakfast there was Sunday morning and the gravy was sour and very disappointing

As breakfast time came close to ending, coming in to breakfast, the eggs would already be gone as well as some other things. Cooling system working better with temperature control.

Very welcoming and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff.

Wish the breakfast was better

There was no water pressure. The water pressure was so low when you added the hot water to the cold in an attempt for a warm shower, the shower wouldn't even come on. Therefore if you wanted water to come out of the shower at all, it had to be cold. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the room next door very easily. There were broken handles on the dresser and the room was in general disrepair. The AC was very noisy. I wouldn't stay here again until they fix things up. It's in a great location, so it's really too bad.

Great staff, clean room

Very dirty room. Floors not swept. Could not take shower. Very filthy.

I liked the check in and out staff. Complimentary water and breakfast and a to go bag with fruit and water. All was good.

The comfortable bedding No issues

The room was good. There was a lot of noise on the last night. Kids running around loud. Loud thumping and Kids crying. Running down the hall. The bathrooms are gross...the showers need to be updated. There was no free shower gel in the shower, itself. I felt gross in the showers. The smell of pot every night....

Ac worked great Bed was uncomfortable and pool was colf

Nothing The hotel was dirty, it smelled, and and it felt dirty.

Old furniture

The bed was comfortable There was no hot water. I let the shower run for 10-15 minutes and it never got hot. So we had to take a cold shower. The breakfast was terrible. The sausage gravy had a funny taste to it. The biscuits were cold. The breakfast sausage wasn't even luke warm. It had rained really hard during the night and that morning and our window was leaking. I let the lady know and she said she would call maintenance.

Nothing particular, just needed a place to stay while traveling Mold in the bathtub, sink was cracked in half. Overall the building feels tired

The noise level in my room from the rooms adjacent. The room was not the cleanest. Tub was filthy. Pool was out of order
