WoodSpring Suites Fort Wayne

No pillows in the room, wouldn’t bring me any.

I accidentally booked on wrong day. Expedia and myself tried calling no one answered the phone.

If I could give 0 stars I would, after driving more than 6 hours to my final destination, I arrived at woodspring in Fort Wayne IN, as I am walking in to check in, police officers were attempting to stop a fight in the parking lot, got into the room finally and there were roaches everywhere, the blinds were broken, the refrigerator was very rusty, the room was very dirty, it looked like it wasn’t cleaned, the hallway smell like cigarette smoke, I requested to be moved to a different room but according to the staff they were all booked. I ended up leaving the property, I couldn’t sleep there with my 3 year old daughter. I had to book at a different hotel. Currently waiting to receive a refund but management does not answer the phone calls. $234 down the drain.

The staff is great and friendly!!!! My stay has been great.

Bed was awful, the rm felt dirty, the carpet reminded me of carpet in a dast food place all greesy

The stuff was rude. Instead of helping me get the promised free wifi, she gave me a number to call and when i cam back to seek her approval for multiple devices, she was rude. the rooms were not clean and had cockroaches. I think in future trying to have utensils would be helpful rather than selling theirs that were extemely expensive. I had to go to stores late at night to get pots to cook for my kids.

Horrible location, giant pothole by the main entrance, 2 guys smoking pot 5 feet from the front door, and a blanket the same thickness as a piece of kleenex. Avoid completely!

ROACHE Infested! The hotel you think would be very clean and nice due to its location, when I arrived staff was very nice. When I got to the stairs to go up to room noticed it smelled terrible, then when I got to my room it smelled terrible, the carpet was discolored had black spots all over smelled like a dirty run down hotel. The kitchen areas was dirty parts were broken. I felt so dirty. After a few minutes ROACHES started coming out. My kids and I left very quickly. I do not recommend this hotel until it’s been fixed.

Super low end property in a bad, dead end street.

Not bad, having a full size fridge and stove top was nice. definately decent for a long stay on a budget.
