Quality Inn Fort Wayne

There was awful construction in the entire fing building which no one told us beforehand. The entire lobby was tore apart and the check in was OUTSIDE in an unairconditioned spaced IN THE SUN. WTF. Everything. The stupid keypads don’t freaking work. I spent $50 more for this than the nicer hotel fing next door. Ridiculous.

The sleep it was good to stay in for a night! Hello, i didn’t like the receptionists there , she wasn’t much help At all. I was not happy with her service . She was rude to me all because my booking wasn’t in their system she said it was the fault of booking.com and she left me hanging until I got someone from customer service on the app call her and figure it out .. because she said she wasn’t going to get me a refund … I definitely didn’t like her service ! . But other then that the stay was great!

The staff The bathroom being too small The tub felt weak in the middle. The towel bar over the toilet was loose. the toilet being too low The dressing area was very small Not really having a hot breakfast Except for sausage,nothing else but cold stuff, 1 table to eat at, but that could be because of the remodel But our room is already remodeled. The staff was very friendly, though. And it was clean.

Breakfast was not to my liking at all sausages were boiled and left sitting in the boiled water.. they were doing construction in the lobby and down the halls so there was no access to my room from the inside I had to walk around the outside the whole building to get to my room

Great stay I did t like that the shower curtain was to short to the point it got water all over the floor .

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room were clean. Hotel under remodel.

It was was close to place I was going to for cheer competition The breakfast could have been better

The beds and pillows are comfortable. AC unit in room 216 made a horrible noise and kept us up all night, pool wasn't open during hot weather, breakfast wasn't great, bathroom was tiny for a king room. Wasn't worth what I paid.

Location served it's purpose, humidifier in the room. The facility is under renovation so the hotel looked very erie. The breakfast choice was horrible. Bathrooms were extremely small. Fridge in our room was broken or headed for breakdown. It kept clucking loudly through the night.

Nothing that comes to mind. The room smell musky, it was dirty - under construction - the hallway door slammed when someone went through it and made a loud noise in the rooms close to the door. Didn't find any breakfast.

After arriving hours after checkin time…we got a dirty room. They didn’t want to refund the money. The employees laughed in our faces and continued to do so. Do not go here!! Save your money!

Cold shower, toilet paper low, shampoo/conditioner was already half gone

Nice size for the price. The bed was very comfortable. My granddaughters loved the waffle station with fruit topping and sausage in the morning but wanted eggs or an omelette maybe The bed linen was already dirty when I got there. Went to front and asked for clean sheets and they gave them and apologized. Stain on wall but other than that things were good. Rang the bell and no one came 1st time but few hrs later tried again and someone came.
