Place was trashed

Almost nothing. This is no longer the Travelodge by Wyndham, but something called Three Rivers Inn. They did not honor my reservation, so I was forced to pay nearly double what my reservation would've been, even though they gave me a "discount" for a room that was in no way what was promised in the reservation. No fridge or microwave. No coffeemaker. No phone to the front desk. No alarm. No kleenex in the container, no ice bucket, no glasses or cups, no hangers. No breakfast. No wifi. Why did I stay? It was 9pm and I was exhausted after going all day. I just wanted to sleep. The bed was not very comfortable either.

Room smelled weird, bathroom wasn't as clean or well presented, air conditioner was loud as a diesel truck.

There was no breakfast No microwave no mini fridge no breakfast not hardly any channels and pool was closed

Nothing Human waste on sheets. Room filthy

The curtain was falling off the railing, and they used a blanket to use for blackout. The blanket on the bed looked dirty, and felt sticky. Breakfast was a joke. We were there for breakfast about 8:00 so an hour into the breakfast time, should have been fully stocked. There were about 6 mini bagels, no cream cheese or even butter. They had mixed fruit loops in with cherrios in the same container. Milk looked like it had been sitting on the counter for awhile and had a ring of dried milk above the milk. A few oranges, apple juice but no plates or even plastic ware. For being a Wyndham affiliated hotel, it did not live up to the expected brand.

The bed was comfortable and bathroom very clean. Reluctantly I paid the deposit on the room based on what I don't know because I guess I'm a renter through booking.com I used a credit card which shouldn't have been charged a deposit anyways but they just use that deposit as a fundraising tactic to steal your money. There was a burn in our sheet when we moved in we reported it the first night the young lady at the desk said we will make a notation of it you will not be charged for the sheet.. at the end my deposit was taken saying that we damaged the sheet because of the burn in it and that I disputed it and that I lost because they I guess proved that there was a burn in the sheet which we told the desk that there was a burn in the sheet we don't smoke we certainly don't smoke in the room there was no other reference to smoking in the room yet there was a reference to the burn in the sheet and we were charged the full $60 and were not given the money back. Upon further inspection many guests if not all have their deposit taken as well for one made up reason or another. I tried to discuss this issue with the manager initially and was basically told I was lying and was put off and told I could dispute it but I wouldn't get the money back so they have a foolproof way of making sure that you do not get your money back at all taking advantage of those people who are stupid enough to pay the deposit in the first place. The deposit is not charged to all guests the deposit is only charged to those using booking.com with the discounted rate the $60 there makes up the rate and that's how they steal from you. I would never stay at this hotel again and I've stayed at some dirty classless hotels before, and this was certainly not the dirtiest or the classless until you check out and realize you've been robbed another $60.

Good outlook and location Absolutely horrible and unhealthy to stay with family.

Nothing. Hotel is in the middle of the Methhead district. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here unless they were looking to score a drug deal. Or have their vehicle broken into or stolen. Ended up getting a refund and found another hotel in a safer neighborhood.

The location. The elevator was broken. We had to take the steps to the 3rd floor. The bed was absolutely horrible! The facility was run down and gross. During our stay, an employee used his card to check the rooms at check out the following morning, (we had the room booked for 2 nites) and just walked right in on me while my boyfriend was down stairs! Needless to say….we left IMMEDIATELY!

Nothing Human waste on the sheets. Still no refund.

I love how clean it is, and how they treat us. The breakfast is TERRIBLE…………my 4yr old wouldn’t even eat it

Says you get your security deposit back at check out. BULLSHIT!! Told me paid back in 5 days!!

Light out in bathroom Stinky Shady people all around the motel

TV worked, the trainee who checked us in was super friendly as was her trainer. Smelled so strongly of cigarettes in the room, stairwells smelled of urine and old cooking, toilet did not flush well, dirty plunger in garbage bag next to toilet, half a roll of toilet paper, bugs in bathroom and beds, stained tub looked like someone dyed their hair black and it was never rinsed off, no one was going to shower because of the grossness but there was only one towel, no lamp shade on desk lamp. We felt so grimly in the morning we just packed up and left. We picked this hotel because of the price, the pool, and breakfast. We are driving from Connecticut to Minnesota and we're on the road 12 hours and were exhausted. We discussed leaving but were too tired. Completely disappointed and disgusted.

Location Had to reset tv everytime, no wash cloths, room smelled moldy, floors was not clean, and shower was not cleaned

The price The people sucked still haven't gotten my deposit back had to change my own sheets and get my own towels

My husband & I got a late start & had to go to the event we were in the area for first. We went to check in around 11pm a complete nightmare. At first we were told they were over sold & couldn't do nothing. Then they said we would have to call the third party to cancel the reservation. I informed them that the reservation was non refundable. They finally found us a room on the third floor. The type of room we booked. I was told the elevator was right around the corner went to use it. Only to find out it wasn't working. So found the stairs & climbed them all. Well the reason the elevator wasn't working was because it was turned off.
