Service was terrible poor attitude seem to care less room was horrible a nightmare. Sink slow to drain,no hot water, speaker on tv , had to ask for clean towels multiple times. Had to go down stairs twice to get clean towels multiple times. While they cleaned the room next door.

Really nice experience. Friendly staff including breakfast personnel. Hotel was clean and comfortable. All the amenities in the room including full length mirror, coffee maker, fridge and microwave were appreciated. The only dissatisfaction was from a non working remote for the tv

Our room could have been a little cleaner. I could see places on the floor and vanity surface that were missed so wiped them down myself.

Hotel was good and clean. My only issue was when I first checked in they gave me the card to a room where someone already was. He was alseep and woke up to me entering his room and we were both confused. I’m glad both parties involved were calm in this situation but it could have easily not been.
