The price Service and environment

My room did not haVe a remote so I could not use the t.v. and the manager said he didn't have one! other than that, the room was a very good value.

A/c , cable tv , fridge and microwave, comfortable bed. A tear in the bed blanket & a shower towel. All the panhandlers in motel parking lot.

Nothing to like when your reservation was cancelled by Super 8 and could not provide you with another room nor some type of receipt stating I would get a refund. When I got to the Super 8 the person that was at the front desk said my room was given to someone else because I did not arrive at a specific time and did not have another room available for me. When I asked about getting a refund he said it would take 4-5 days and he wasn't responsible that it would be booking.com and when I asked him for some type of receipt for the reservation or letter stating as to why my room was given to another customer he said they weren't responsible your company is. I had to call around to get another room for the same price and on top of that my stay at that place was not good either. I want to know what is going to be done about this situation and when will I receive my refund since my room was given to someone else.

yeah I had a room reserved and I called them and they gave it to somebody else so I didn't stay that's the second time they done did that shit I didn't like nothing cuz I didn't stay I wanted a smoking room they want to give me a non-smoking room and I made reservation that ain't right

Room was dirty, paint peeling, security latch was broken, TV had a line on the screen, No housekeeping, Roaches...Lots of questionable people hanging around. Did not feel secured Definitely will not be going back...

Location was probably the best . The room was horrible. Whoever in charge of the cleaners needs to go check , absolutely unsanitary and just disgusting ... there is noway they can say they cleaned .. I had to clean the tub myself .. thankfully I had my own towel , cause the ones they gave me was stained with blood . :(
