The only problem I had is the bathroom toilet needs to be replaced. Each time we have stayed there, the toilets were hard to flush.

We liked it here! Close to the children’s hospital

The staff asked me to pay online and refuse me a room once I paid and I called for a refund and Expedia was told that I didn't show up and the lady that work for Expedia was told that she made a false statement about the hotel so they refused to work with her and im having to go to my bank to get refund when I was refused a room and a refund the staff there is horrible and they are crooks so i would encourage anyone to stay away but i will be filing a report with the bbb and FTC and the CFPB for credit card abuse

Room was clean, beds had fabulous mattresses and great pillows ( which helped us get good rest), facilities were clean, towels were clean and soft. The only disappointment was not being able to use the pool, and the treadmill group was a bit old and sometimes hard to program. Food was healthy and those at the front desk were amazing (answered any questions, were kind, smart and a joy to speak with!) I think this hotel was much better than the Marriott!

Our experience with this hotel was great. The staff was always kind and helpful. Our room and restroom were clean (just humid). The lobby and halls were clean and smelled good. However, for some reason there were a lot of flies in the breakfast area. Also, the breakfast utensils for the egg, sausage and potato were the same, which doesn’t make it clean.

Left full review on yelp. Completely disgusting and the staff barely exists.

Bugs infestation in our room

The breakfast was awful. The people that appeared to be in charge of it didn't seem to care, when concerns of food poisoning was brought to their attention. The only saving grace to this experience was that the cleaning staff was very nice.

Rooms were clean and cool, beds were comfortable and the water was hot.

Overall nice experience.

Breakfast. Eggs stale. Potatoes undercooked.

Nothing this place refused to accept me and my dog even though I had clearly marked on bookings.com I had a dog with me How when I showed up with my dog the lady behind the counter backed up in fear and acted like he was a vicious dog he is a well-trained service dog and I was not happy with her reaction

Easy to find not to busy. No lights in the pool and spa area, breakfast was a repeat each morning, eggs, sausage and seasoned potatoes.

We found two roaches in our room. We asked and were granted a late checkout the night before. The morning of, housekeeping and hotel other staff knocked and called, disturbing quiet time with our young children telling us it was past checkout. Late checkout was at noon. Housekeeping came at 10, the phone call and other knock came at 11.
-
Cleanliness and quietness. Only one trash can in the room and that was an issue.

I like that it was right off the highway Their was mold on the carpet, the breakfast was mediocre, not many options for breakfast , they did have waffles. I asked to downgrade my room since my travel companion was not able to join me , and was told they could not change rates , even though I checked in at 5pm with the parking lot empty . It definitely did not seem at capacity . Then I was told that the pool opened at 10am , although there were two signs saying 9am . I also didn't see a blow dryer or safe deposit box , which most hotels have . There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner

I had a large group staying for one night. Everything was perfect. The kids appreciated the indoor pool. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Parking is free.

We stayed 4 nights and never got our room clean. Had to not only ask for towels ,but then had to go retrieve them from the front desk. The intire hotel was hot inside, as well as our room when we checked in.

Bed was excellent. Handicapped room was a bit damp smelling but once we turned the ac on,which worked fine,it was good. Overall very nice, well priced and helpful staff.
