    We were really disappointed in our stay. We were greeted by unfriendly staff. It seemed like it was a bother to check us in. We had a question about or room, and we were dismissed rudely. Will not be back

    Our stay was welcomed by Braxton we were able to check in smoothly and definitely some recommendations came from Braxton since we were new to the area. The room was clean and didn’t find anything wrong. Air-conditioning was awesome in the room and the staff was amazing. Because of Braxton and his hospitality we will definitely be visiting this hotel again.

    The food on the breakfast buffet was sub par at best. We went out for breakfast for the remainder of our stay. The housekeeping staff however were super nice and friendly.

    We enjoyed the pool During breakfast, a lady who was working and must have had the task of refilling the food, kept coming out huffing and puffing every time she had to refill the eggs or anything. Super uncomfortable.

    When I arrived, I was assigned a room and went upstairs, only to discover that the room was already occupied by other guests. This was a serious mistake that should never happen. When I returned to the front desk to report the issue, the receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and seemed annoyed that I complained about being given an occupied room. Instead of apologizing, she treated me very poorly. They eventually assigned me a different room, but it was not clean. The bathroom was dirty, with urine on the toilet and on the floor. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable cleanliness standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    They do not accommodate large families or special needs guests. While the website states some rooms sleep 6, the on site staff said that is untrue and has never been the case. They had minimal ADA options and refused requests for assistance.

    Shower pressure was absolutely terrible. It didn’t matter what time of day, the pressure in the sink was better than the shower. Took forever to get hot.

    Easy to get to, pool on another level where no rooms were having to be walked by while wet. All employees were nice. The large crack in bathroom sink.

    Great place to stay. The front desk staff was polite and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, especially the Texas shaped waffles. Room was clean and very nice.

    The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Braxton at the front desk was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was big and clean, we will definitely be booking this hotel again soon.

    The staff at check in and out were out of the realm of courtesy and service of 3, much less 4 or 5 stars. I travelled extensivelly for work and Hilton products; Embassy suites and Hampton inn were in my lodging preferrence for many years. The level of service, cleanliness, breakfast and room impressive amenities were on top of the competition. These days that spirit is gonne. I have been doing some leisure travel and the Hilton like this one are subpar! A pile of dust accumulated on the outside corner of the the shower tells the story. Front desk that rush us through without even looking at my eyes is comparable to minimalists as Motel 6 or Econo logde. Breakfast was as minimal as not having much of any of the old Hamptom inn.
