Let me start by saying, we would stay here again. We booked this hotel based on price, location to our desired attractions (distilleries we had tours with) and current reviews. That said, it is a little dated and could use a bit of a refresh. Our toilet wobbled a bit and when we sat on it it banged the wall to the room next door. We were only there 2 nights so we didn't bother having it looked at while we were there but made a point of letting them know when we checked out.

Loved our stay. Hotel was nice and not noisy. Next to highway, plenty of dining options and only 40 min from Commonwealth Stadium. Short drive to downtown Frankfurt. Would definitely stay here again.

The check in staff were ok. They had a few people coming at once, so they might have felt overwhelmed by everyone waiting.

The staff at checkin and out were friendly and helpful. I love the vintage architecture of the building and likedbeing able to park at our door. Our room was not very updated, older furniture, tile, fixtures. But it looked clean and the beds were very comfortable. I slept really well. Bedding was white, not a high quality, but clean. Didn’t think much of the standard breakfast. A traveler needs a good bed and it fit the bill for a fair price. They do not take pets. Ours was at home.

The shower was hard to turn on and when we called the desk their answer was to just pull the knob really hard. After doing that the shower came on but only the cold water. 🙁

There was a misunderstanding about a charge for the cot roll away bed. And I felt like I was overcharged.
