This is a basic hotel, nothing fancy, a longtime fixture in Frankfort. Believe it or not, it has plaster walls! The two- double bed room is VERY large. It is perfect for families. Good breakfast, friendly staff. We did not visit the pool but it looked well-maintained.

The room was clean and all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I liked the setup, it was nice having both a private door to the outside and a door to the inside of the hotel.

The Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful, rooms were very clean, neat and tidy,breakfast was very good and plentiful and park was very easy and accessible. Over all I would rate it a 9.5.

the room we got was very spacious & I like that Breakfast had a lot of options! The Pool should be cleaned a little more regularly & The outlet to the TV was a little loose so it kept turning off

Best Western was dated but it was very clean. The staff were very nice. The pool was very unique and cool. I would stay there again.

Quick overnight stay on our travel route. Staff was great; I of course had booked online so check in was a breeze. They were nice and offered suggestions for eating nearby when I asked.

The hotel refused to allow me to check in because I lived only 30 miles away. So I was out of 170 dollars. Then had to spend 180 dollars to go down the street. Now I have to wait to get my money back and it’s a hell of and inconvenience. What if I didn’t have 350.00. The pipes in my house burst and didn’t have running water is the reason I got one in the first place. It’s a stupid policy and I feel like I should be compensated for having to spend more money and wait on a refund.
