The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh. Staff was helpful and polite. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The property and the rooms were well maintained and clean. My issue was with the TV. I need a TV to sleep. The TV was not working properly. Rebooting every 20 to 40 seconds and when it rebooted the volume would go to zero which makes it impossible to watch. I reported the issue to the front desk on three separate occasions with no resolution, no offer to replace the TV or move me to a room with a working TV. Needless to day two night with little to no sleep did not make me happy. I will say the free breakfast on Saturday was very good and appreciated

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely stay in one again. The lobby was spacious and the check- in process was easy. The room was very clean. I was surprised to see an almost full size refrigerator and microwave with a sink and dish ware supplied. The beds were very comfortable. There was also a lounge area and a TV that read Welcome Diana, which I thought was a nice personalized touch. My favorite part was the shower. Very clean. Great water pressure, lots of Hot water and full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We were only there one night but I almost took two showers because I enjoyed it so much.

There was also a large stain on the carpet, which does not seem appropriate for a Hilton brand hotel.

It was clean and simple as you expect from a home2. We were however awoken at 11pm from someone trying to get into our room because they were checked into it. They apologized and went to the front desk but then an employee knocked on our door 10 minutes later (once we and our 2 small kids had fallen sleep again) to ask us who checked us in…at 1100pm…

Love that this was pet friendly and they had a large water bowl by front door plus bags if you need. Plenty of green space (at the moment) too.

Room wasn't ready when they said it would be. Staff wasn't very eager to get it ready for us. Room could've been cleaner. Staff didn't seem much like they cared about their job. No one at the desk upon checkout - no hot coffee in the lobby for early risers and breakfast for that price could've been a little better.

The only complaint that I have is the overwhelming odor of possibly air freshener or cologne in the lobby. I had to wait to check in and I felt sick to my stomach standing there. Other than that, the hotel was very clean, beds were satisfactory and it suited my needs. I will stay there again.

Barking dog next room over. Desk attendant said nothing he could do. I asked him to call a manager which he did but manager would not speak to me on the phone and I was told that I could speak with a manager after 10:00 AM following morning. I had to depart before 8:00 AM so impossible. Also, back entrance was broken and would not close securely without extra effort. When I advised the desk they said they were aware but never told us about it when we were advised to park in the back lot. Next morning we had a 2 inch catapillar on the bathroom wall. Finally as a last little fairwell the dog started barking and whining again. I want to hear from a “live” Hilton representative regarding this ridiculous experience.
