It was fine.

Good stay

The only complaint that I have is the overwhelming odor of possibly air freshener or cologne in the lobby. I had to wait to check in and I felt sick to my stomach standing there. Other than that, the hotel was very clean, beds were satisfactory and it suited my needs. I will stay there again.

Barking dog next room over. Desk attendant said nothing he could do. I asked him to call a manager which he did but manager would not speak to me on the phone and I was told that I could speak with a manager after 10:00 AM following morning. I had to depart before 8:00 AM so impossible. Also, back entrance was broken and would not close securely without extra effort. When I advised the desk they said they were aware but never told us about it when we were advised to park in the back lot. Next morning we had a 2 inch catapillar on the bathroom wall. Finally as a last little fairwell the dog started barking and whining again. I want to hear from a “live” Hilton representative regarding this ridiculous experience.

Had to move to 4 different rooms, 1st room had horrible smell. When checking in desk clerk went to check if room had been cleaned and said room had a bad smell she thought was coming from garbage disposal and said she was going to pour some bleach down and try to kill the smell. When we got back hours later to go to our room smell was still bad. Staff offered to move us to another room and the TV did not work. Move to 2 more different rooms to find on with working TV. Staff was nice and informed us that the had a bad storm a few days before and zapped a lot of their electronics.

Hotel was very neat & clean , staff was friendly and cooperative. Breakfast was good with multiple options. Gym and pool was clean, multiple EV charging spots available. I will definitely recommend this hotel for family and friends.

No hot water. Computer system was down for days. My room key didn't work half the time.

Tv would turn on and off, could not watch anything. That is the only downside of the stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was solid. I used the fitness room: weights, treadmill, elliptical were fine. Peloton adjusters were stripped.

This is as comfortable as travel can get. Super clean, nice breakfast, very well appointed, quiet, great beds.

room was dirty, found hair in multiple places and stuff in the refrigerator. all out of towels in the pool, also hair in their and the floors in the elevator were soaked

2 of the 4 ice machines were broken. Breakfast buffet was subpar. It had the feeling of a very nice hotel that was in decline.
