Our room was filthy and smelled so strong of cigarette smoke. I wasn't offered a non-smoking room when booking. My daughter's white socks turned black from walking across the room. I don't mind a room in need of an update, but dirty is unacceptable and a smoking room for a non-smoker is just disgusting!

Staff was great but man this place is a dump and disgusting. Smell of cigarettes, cigarette burns on the bedding.

Bathroom door not closing or latching, if you slammed it, you had to push in on it. To turn the handle to get it open. Very noisy with road noise. TV really not programmed. Don't mean to be picky, but I won't be back.

Had an issue first night but was fixed when reported! Owner/operators friendly & helpful. Breakfast area is tiny & not much account. Rooms basically clean but nothing special! Bed not bad at all. But the location was great! It was easy access to everywhere we wanted to go! If you want an inexpensive, clean, no frills room with great access to all locations in the area this is it! The pool was great also. Salt water not chlorine it was very nice!

Lock on door didn’t work, had to get it looked at every time we went out. Car park being resurfaced so had quite a walk with cases to our room. Very clean room and bathroom, cleaner excellent.

It looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Upon entering you're hit with an immense musty, used to smoke in here kind of smell. I have to jump to get onto the bed they're so high. Microwave is blinking numbers, but nobody is home (didn't work). The shower is loud and it just mists at you, no steady stream. Found a huge dark hairball on the wall - toilet is broken and tried to be patched with caulking. I think there was feces on the back of it. Would not recommend, would not stay again, would rather sleep in the rental car. For my first visit to Kentucky, I am not impressed. Lady in the front also had some problems. It was just really hard for her to function. Oh - don't want to forget the ketchup packet I had to use to keep the drain open so we could shower. I can't make this stuff up!!!
