The staff at check in was amazing, giving us recommendations for dinner. All staff spoke when we entered and exited the building and were really nice.

Bright, clean, cheerful environment. Comfy bed, pillows and room furniture. A/C controls very responsive. Great shower and clean, functioning bathroom. Room lighting very effective. USB ports in night stand, microwave and fridge with coffee and tea makings. Friendly staff. Breakfast well stocked even with sous vide egg white choice, yogurt, hard boiled eggs in addition to the usual breads, cereals, waffles, etc.

I arrived at 11:30 and was very cheerfully greeted by the front desk person.

Breakfast was good overall. Slightly less options compared to a Springhill, but still good and saved time/money from going out.

Hotel was nice. Our toilet was leaky but they came quickly and fixed. Really really miss having that hot tub though. Breakfast options were good and tasted good. Very friendly staff.

The bath tubs need a rubber bath mat. The tub was very slippery. We asked for a mat but was told they didn’t have them.

This is an attractive hotel that is clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is fine. My only issue is I did not realize the rooms are not cleaned daily. The first day was fine, we didn't need clean towels or our sheets changed. By the second day though our trash cans were overflowing and we were running out of toilet paper If I had known, I would have caught the cleaning staff in the hallway and asked them to take our trash and for more toilet paper. This will not prevent me from staying here again, or highly recommending the hotel, I'll just know next time.
