Stayed for three days and they never cleaned my room. The staff was very good. Breakfast was okay but nothing great. No bananas. Ran out of coffee every day.

Clean, new facility with lots of room in the suite and modern furnishings. The heating/AC was quiet and effective and the tv was new and worked smoothly (unlike many hotels).

Staff horrible. After we booked a room, the night staff told us she would give us a discounted price. So we got a second room. Only to have the morning staff and manager not hold up to the quote given to us. When we questioned their reasoning, the manager got so mad he had to leave to collect himself. When he returned he still would not honor the pricing that we were told we receive. He proceeded to interrupt us every time we spoke. He said he was going to give us our money back, but because we interrupted him he wasn’t going to. This was only said in front of other customers. And Marriott help desk supervisor Jane is even worse then them. Blaming us for not pre booking. We were moving cross country. No support from her. Marriott company, please understand you have “some” horrible personnel representing your company.

No room in the shower. The closet is huge and the shower it tiny.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts, no powdered scrambled eggs.

I felt unsafe from the moment I pulled into the lot and then saw the front desk person. Toilet ran constantly. Breakfast was sparse and not good.

Great stay and experience! Very clean and nice with plenty of room for our family of six for one night stay. Good breakfast options. Beds were comfortable and linens clean. Only con would be could hear some noise through the walls. Would definitely stay again if passing through.

The stay was great! We will be back. Breakfast was very good. Evening drinks in the lounge was convenient. The exercise room was well equipped. The pool water was so cold it was not enjoyable. It took all evening to warm back up.

Overall this hotel was beautiful and the staff were very nice. However, our room hadn’t been fully cleaned and restocked when we checked in. We had to request towels and sheets/blankets for the pull out beds. No soap in the bathroom and the cleaning mop left in the bathroom. But the front desk staff were very helpful and kind to get us those missing items. The pool was small. Breakfast was good.
