I felt unsafe from the moment I pulled into the lot and then saw the front desk person. Toilet ran constantly. Breakfast was sparse and not good.

Great stay and experience! Very clean and nice with plenty of room for our family of six for one night stay. Good breakfast options. Beds were comfortable and linens clean. Only con would be could hear some noise through the walls. Would definitely stay again if passing through.

Hotel is in very nice condition. Pool was cold.

Overall this hotel was beautiful and the staff were very nice. However, our room hadn’t been fully cleaned and restocked when we checked in. We had to request towels and sheets/blankets for the pull out beds. No soap in the bathroom and the cleaning mop left in the bathroom. But the front desk staff were very helpful and kind to get us those missing items. The pool was small. Breakfast was good.

The check-in was quick and easy. When we arrived at the room it was clean and everything was in place. The bed was excellent. Since it was very hot outside the air conditioning worked very well. Staff was very helpful. We stayed two nights and would stay there again. The shower was good but I would have liked to have a little bit more pressure coming of the shower head. Very nice place and a great location to the Bourbon Distilleries.

We chose this hotel for 2 reasons, size of room and indoor pool. Indoor pool was closed all 3 days we were there and my kids were so disappointed. They kept saying maintenance was working on it but I never saw anyone in there. Breakfast was very subpar. At least the room was clean.

It was clean, great breakfast. Room was nice and comfortable. My 3 teen children (16/18) were in the pool for about 10-15 mins coming out coughing to the point of almost throwing up, red eyes saying the chemicals were too strong they were having a hard time breathing. The bartender was the only one who said anything telling Lauren at the front desk she will probably need to close it again (again?) Lauren sat at the front desk eating and playing on her phone doing nothing about the pool. Proceeding to then give another guest a pool towel about 10 mins later. The bartender made the comment “I knew something was wrong with it when I could smell it out here”. At checkout I was asked how my stay was, good except for the pool “oh yeah, it is hot in there” no, the chemicals were too strong and I explained the results “oh, we will say something to our maintenance again” so sounds like this is common and no one seems to care to address it.

The pool was down and we were really wanting to take my daughter swimming. Also the breakfast just wasnt very much food.

Kids were very disappointed that the pool was closed.

Water pressure was poor, swimming pool was small, staff was rude, key cards kept having to be reprogrammed to our room the three days we were there. Breakfast was ok for free. Parking small for as big as the hotel was.

Everything was great except the water pressure in the shower was week.

The customer service representative was very courteous and professional.. The room was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. We don't eat pork, so if turkey products are offered, that would fill that. But, even without that, we had an excellent breakfast.
