Regal Inn - Chicago O'Hare Airport

Clean rooms and easy parking. The hotel is safe and comfortable. I’ve stayed here more than a dozen times and highly recommended for the value.

This was the nastiest place I have ever seen and been to. I couldn’t take my shoes off the floor was so terrible. I tried canceling the reservation but couldn’t get a live person on the phone. This was the absolute worst experience ever!

Kinda sketchy. Everything had stains, the rooms smelled and stayed super humid, and there were always people standing around the parking lot smoking and staring. WiFi also barely worked at all and was unsecured.

You never know what to expect at a value priced property. But the lobby and room was up to date and comfortable. You can tell the owners are making improvements and they were extremely nice and helpful.

Good room for the price. Everything is pretty up to date. Have satellite TV, which was out because of weather. Overall was a good experience. Checking in and out was very easy

Beds were so big and comfy! A perfect American style motel for an airport layover or short stay. Outside a very busy main road but this wasn’t really an issue.

All Staff members were amazing Specially Nandani. Thanks for a comfortable Stay . Tea in the room.

It was close to the airport (12 minute rideshare), had a bed, bath, tv, and a lock on the door. Coffee is put out about 5am in the small lobby. It was sticky and dirty and the bed swayed. Ample parking and many people staying the night with flight issues. As grateful as I was to have it, I would only recommend it as an alternative to sleeping at the airport gate.

Cheap room located near airport

There was a fridge & microwave Very old rooms, shower made screaming noise every time we ran the water. Lamp shades broken, stains on bed spread. Room was $125. So I really didn't think it would be that bad! Looked like a $60 room

Wifi was terribly SLOW. Like try to load the Google homepage and wait 30 seconds. The connection to the internet would also randomly drop way to often, then you'd have to reconnect. This is not acceptable for 2026. Unfortunately BAD WIFI alone drops their review from would have been 4 stars to 2 stars.

Clean and convenient to the airport. Strong urine smell in the closet.

Friendly staff, clean room, and the thermostat they have in the rooms works great!

It was a disappointment from the picture and rating. It seemed seedy and was dark and gloomy and run down. Also when we were leaving around 2am the police were on the property putting a woman and her belongings in their patrol car.

Basic necessities sleep, bathe, storage room and the WiFi is decent

The staff was friendly. However, this was a disappointing experience. The rooms are not well maintained. Smells musty, doors broken etc.

I had a great stay here. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff would come and clean the room whenever needed. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room comfortable at all times. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my future trips. Highly recommended!
