Quick stay for my family before we went to our trip . Very convenient location

Clean large room, great tv and very very welcoming staff

The only thing we didnt like was that the staff came into the room and made beds and we had asked them.not to during our 2 day stay. Otherwise amazing staff and stay

The staff here were so polished and professional. The service was fast! Grace and her coworker welcomed my daughter and I and made us feel right at home. The homemade chocolate chip cookies were delicious, and the breakfast was a 10 out of 10. A buffet style breakfast with So much to choose from: waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, beacon, toast/bagels/muffins, eggs/ seasoned potatoes, and a variety of fruits. The drinks consist of milk, apple juice, orange juice, water, etc. The room was spacious! The premium bedding was so welcoming, and the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable, and we slept so good and the room was Very clean-a 10 out of 10! This hotel is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, A MUST STAY!

Positives: The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and property were very clean; I'm a bit of a germaphobe and I felt comfortable. The air conditioning worked almost too well, haha. The beds were cozy. The pool and hot tub were great; stays open until 10pm. Breakfast was decent: it included waffles, bacon, omelets, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal and cereal.

We were very pleased with the neat and clean condition of our room. The staff members were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast offered was descent and met our expectations. Overall, we had a comfortable and positive experience. We appreciate the attention to detail and the hospitable atmosphere.

Very clean and super friendly staff

In the morning the curtains did not block light from the top. My room faced East so I was in bright light starting at sunrise. The real problem was that members of my family who were also staying at this hotel and had reservations were denied rooms, or rather they were told when they were checking in at 10:00 pm that it would take "several hours" for a clean room to be available. So, basically "come back at 1:00 am?" There lobby was full of angry guests all being told the same thing, plus other guests who had been in the hotel were complaining about no housekeeping or clean towels. Did the entire housekeeping staff quit that day? In a "cost saving measure" was the housekeeping staff cut? Was there an ICE raid or the threat of one? The result was that this hotel had basically no housekeeping capability and even by 10pm had not been able to clean rooms that had been reserved in advance. Two of my family members had to go to the nearby Motel 6, which at least had clean rooms with linens and towels. Also, if you have the breakfast buffet as a walk-in it costs $23, which is ridiculously expensive for cold, dry scrambled eggs and bacon swimming in grease. We were in town for a family funeral and this experience only compounded the grief.

Nice clean hotel near the airport. Not a lot of food options nearby, but there is a bar & grill at the hotel next door. Pool was nice.

Very nice room with comfortable bed, sitting area and ample room for storage. Bathroom amenities were great but shower pressure could have been a bit stronger. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with a quick check in and out. Pool and fitness center were a plus. Our coffee pot in the room wasn't working but the free breakfast and coffee in the lobby made up for that.

They have a good breakfast selection including both hot and cold items. Rooms are cleaned well and all other amenities are kept in great condition for the guests enjoyment.
