O'Hare Inn & Suites

Remodeling was going on. Unfortunately, our room had not be remodeled and was dingy and the bathroom gross.

Property is under construction- that was NOT shared when reservation was made. Says continental breakfast…..umm, no just cold cereal and milk. That to me is NOT a true continental breakfast. Parking was very odd and half taken by construction crew. Shuttle was never offered to airport.

It was not what was in the pictures. It was dirty, scary, no numbers on doors , I felt like I was in a bad movie hotel.

Would not recommend.

They place is clean and beautiful! The outside does look pleasant to look at BUT the inside was just so lovely and for the pice it was perfect! Had no problem

Someone had a quarrel at night and it was noisy.

If ai could give 0 stars I would. Please don’t stay here unless you like heavy smells of Cigarettes, marijuana. Dirty rags in the room, mold in the bathroom. Tape used to cover cracks in tub, cigarette burns on comforters, door didn’t close properly Overall disgusting, and felt unsafe. The entire building smells, it hit us in the face as soon as we walked in. Nothing like description worst place I’ve ever been in, left almost immediately, paid for a new hotel and property refused to refund me. They said they would have offered a premium room which I can imagine was just as bad since the entire building smelled. I’m pretty sure illegal things were taking place and I was not staying there with my daughter.

Passable

Very good

Unfortunately, I deeply regret coming here. I came to the hotel to sleep, but I couldn't sleep at all. I was constantly itching until morning; it wasn't hygienic. Plus, workmen were busy on the floors above starting at 7:30 AM, causing a disturbance early on. Sleeping in the car would have provided better quality sleep.

Staff was very nice. Property old and outdated. Bathroom was disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable.

Great deal for the price, location was ideal, staff was friendly and room was clean and renovated

They were trying to remodel I asked for a handicapped room they gave me a handicap shower, but there was no bars on the walls for the safety. There was no shower chair they shower was not portable so I could give her a complete shower there was pubic hair under the toilet seat on the shower floor on the bathroom where the sink is. The remote did not work the TV even with brand new no ice bucket no cups or the coffee you couldn’t even get up to have the breakfast because there’s no elevator or ramps for people in wheelchairs, and they only offered one type of cereal, no fruit

The property was clean and the staff friendly.

Reception was always closed and hallway are terrible

Very nice and clean!

Booking. Com , should do review of the property before do the booking .

Good

The staff was nice and good location. The room had a bad smell and the tub was dirty with bugs. I didn't use it.
