Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport

The staff there was amazing! Very understanding of the situation we were in. We had to book very last minute and even got us a deal on our room. The bed was a little hard but nothing terrible. We only stayed a couple nights.

Nothing I didn’t like that my room and the lobby I had some plumbing issues. I was there for a conference and water was leaking everywhere. My room was extremely far from the elevator and it just made it hard to do things.

Close to airport, clean and comfortable Not enough beverage in room. One teabag!!! No breakfast for the price!!! The shuttle was delayed and no one explained why. Couldn't find the shuttle from airport had to take taxi after 45min wait. Not value for money

Had to wait to get my room, bathroom wall was coming off, NO room service, cant charge food or drinks unless your a Bonvoy member... NEVER staying there again!

Great customer service. Really enjoyed it, very convenient, close to airport and shuttle service pick and drop was excellent and on time. We would love to stay again. Highly recommend

Front desk was kind and helpful but the hotel is pretty run down hotel . We stayed because our flight was delayed. phone was not working , carpet was old and stained , it did not look clean. They do have a reliable shuttle to the airport. Bed was comfortable and I’m happy they could give extra pillows .

At night the noise from the hallway were clearly heard therefore become very noisy at night.

The front desk representative should have told the customer on phone to hold until they got some in person customers handled or called for backup!

Everything!!! From reading online reviews after booking, I read that the rooms/bathrooms were not cleaned, dirty sheets, etc. No microwave or fridge. Our room, my sister and I, room was the opposite. It was clean, the mattress was perfect, we had a fridge with water bottles, clean bathroom and room, and we had a fridge. The food at the restaurant? Phenomenal!!! My sister and I ordered the fish and chips when we arrived WAY early for check-in and stayed there until check-in, was really good. We ate there the night before we left and ordered the same thing. Phenomenal food. Hat off to the chef!!!

it was very close to where we were set to go (rosemont theatre) and it was also close to lots of little outlet store like burlington, dd’s and ross the bathroom sink and shower would get clogged up really fast and the water pressure wasn’t too good, it came out way to harsh and hard, that was the only problem with our stay

We arrived after midnight in a delayed flight. Checking was easy. We went to our room and immediately upon opening the door a strong odor of cat pee wafted out. The room was hot and the AC didn’t work. The desk clerk was very helpful and immediately gave us a new room that smelled neutral and was cool.
