Motel 6 Schiller Park, IL - Chicago O'Hare

Just location! No ac , very warm. Small pillows just 2 for a marriage . It was horrible

Nothing All . Very loud

Very good

It smelled bad, the mattress felt like a one-inch cardboard box, and the bed looked so old that it creaked when you sat on it.

Very good

Bad

3 times change room key but room door didn’t open and they change room number and 2 times again did not open door with key I self try everytime but they not help me room clean but very bad smell

Very poor

Very good

My only complaint is the room smelled like urine i had to go buy air freshener

Too bad

Worlds for what it is but wouldn’t stay here again

Denny next door for food.

I have submitted photographs of the entire situation at the Motel 6. I fell off the toilet and hurt myself. No concerns

Bad customer service. Girl at front desk rude . Latina girl who shows racism to black people. Never ever going back there again . & I really would like a refund Get better staff & clean better . Room was dirty tub was dirty as well.

The room we were given smelled horrific. I believe there may have been a mold issue. The front desk staff said they did not have authority to put us in a different room, and that our only recourse was to leave the property and call the manager the next day for a refund. I plan to report the hotel to the city, as it is a health risk to both guests and employees. It was impossible to reach support from Booking.com while this was happening; afterward, we were provided with approximately $11 is travel credits for a future stay as our "resolution." Awful experience all around, on both sides.

Proximity to OHare Door lock needs adjusting... might not fully lock

Bad

The room was basic nothing fancy. But if you wanna hear every plane landing at Chicago O Hare this is the place to stay. The noise was terrible.

Airport noise is the main issue. THere are no towels exchange or room cleaning during 3 days that we stay. Definitely, it is a 2 star
