I like the way

There was no/little parking when i needed to run into the room quickly. unfortunately, i had to use the garage and pay $20 for the 5-minutes i needed to pick up an item. this was a bitter disappointment.

Very nice place, outside of the city. I wish the parking was included with our stay. Thumbs down on that $20 EVERYTIME you left the property.

Close to everything

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had my grandkids and unfortunately we had to use the pool at the hotel across the street. So this is not a very kid friendly hotel it is more for adults. Also, no microwave in the room, there was a microwave by the ice machine.Parking is $20 per day, no in and out.

Close to airport . Shuttle very convenient. Good sized room. Staff very helpful.

Shuttle to airport is every 30 min.

This property needs a bit of a refresh but my room was comfy and very clean. Airport shuttle was every 45 mins. The breakfast buffet was pricey for its scant offerings. 5 stars to all the employees for their amazing hospitality.

Needs updating

Our go to choice when traveling to the Rosemont area. Great and attentive staff.

There wasn’t AC in the elevator or hallways so it was like an oven. Otherwise it was very nice and the staff was pleasant.

Clean room

The only issue we experienced was accessing the airport shuttle. After contacting the property as directed and waiting at the assigned spot for 30 minutes, we ended up getting an Uber. It’s possible we misunderstood the location; otherwise, the property and staff were wonderful.

Very nice room. Nice restaurant right next door. Friendly helpful staff and who doesn't LOVE those warm delicious cookies they serve day and night. Wonderful stay.

Front desk staff and dining room wait staf were friendly and exceptionally accommodating. Very pleasant experience over all.
