The only thing I did not like was having to pay every time we entered the parking lot. 20.00 out each time.

Airport shuttle was easy especially since I didn't rent a car for my weekend stay. I prefer double tree strictly for the welcome cookie. I got the yoga room for the extra space and it we well worth it! I liked how this location is very close to the mall, about 10 minute walk.

NO TOILETRIES CEPT FOR SHOWER STUFF WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER, WEAKER THAN THOSE WATER SAVING MALL SINKS WHERE YOU NEED TO PRESS THE BUTTON AND IT SQUIRTS FOR 3 SECONDS. DOOR DOESNT CLOSE SHUT AUTOMATICALLY. NEED TO FORCEFULLY CLOSE IT

The hotel was clean and very quiet.

we used the doubletree for a quick trip to chicago. the stay was fine, easy to find and good location. nothing special but a nice clean hotel that worked well for us

Clean room and the staff

Stayed here for two nights. The property is well maintained, although the rooms could use some updates. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The location is excellent and very convenient. My biggest complaint was the parking fee, which is unreasonably expensive per night. It would also be a nice addition if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast.

The staff was really nice, check in was really easy. The location is great because of the shopping and things to do in the area. I’d go back, but I had two issues. On the second night the water in the shower probably took ten minutes to heat up which is an inconvenience but it did eventually heat up. The other issue is for some reason my room didn’t have a number on the outside, so it took me a while to find, I had to count the surrounding room numbers and just guess and got it right. But overall it was a pretty good stay.
