Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel

Very quiet and convenient. About a 20 minute walk from the Rosemont CTA stop. The nearby Des Plaines Riverwalk is a great place for walking.

This property was overall very clean. It lacks a swimming pool but that’s okay for me. The food in the restaurants around and in the hotel was good.

The staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and every employee I interacted with made me feel like a valued guest. My room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, the room was spotless, and despite being so close to the airport, I barely heard any outside noise. It was a perfect place to relax after a long day. The hotel's amenities were excellent, and the complimentary airport shuttle made transportation to and from O'Hare simple and stress-free. The on-site restaurant and common areas were well maintained and created a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this was one of the best airport hotel experiences I've had. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel to anyone traveling through Chicago, whether for business or leisure.

Perfect stay for 1 night free shuttle to the airport

When the city is pricey it is absolutely worth the 30 minute drive or even quicker train ride out this far for a more affordable hotel that is quiet, well run and had stunning amenities.

Dont buy the $30 breakfast buffet, it literally what you get for free at best western. You can order real breakfast from them, there are also amazing restaurants in the parking lot

It was a great experience

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They let me do a super early check in free of charge. The rooms are always great and there is a great restaurant variety around. Always a great stay!

We arrived at terminal 5, there is 1 pickup for the hotel on the airport, it is a journey to get there. Many hotels pick up at terminal 5, why dont they ? We weren given a room near the elevator, and the hallway noise seems to be quite prominent in the room. In addition, the room next door was a group of kids who were quite loud. The walls seem very thin, and everything next door could be heard. No food available for early morning departures. Restaurant opens at 7:00, starbucks at 06:30. Not a good spot for a short night in need of a good nights sleep.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. We missed our connecting flight so we were tired and not happy. They got us into their restaurant last minute before closing and let us order. The hostess, waiter, bartender and chef were so nice and helpful. The hotel manager and amenities person were also so nice and helpful. Great experience.

Angelica and Destiny were most helpful working out our booking and combing reservations. We ate at 3 of the surrounding walking distance restaurants and enjoyed them all. It is right next to a performance theatre as well as an indoor shopping center and easy to get to.

It was immaculate and beautifully designed. My suite had a half bath off the living area and separate shower/tub off the en-suite. I would stay at this hotel chain wherever I traveled if it were possible.
