I feel terrible that I can’t remember the name of the girl who helped us at the front desk, but she was SO sweet! I mentioned we were there celebrating my 37th birthday, and she surprised us by upgrading us to a king suite. It was completely unexpected and such a kind gesture that made the weekend feel even more special! The hotel was beautiful, clean. The beds were really comfortable comfortable, and having free parking in the connected parking garage was a huge plus. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked really nice! We had such a great stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re coming to Rosemont!

Overall, a good stay… Good location, staff was helpful, very clean, definitely an upscale hotel… I was just not aware that parking was going to be so expensive… That would’ve been nice to know upfront… Other than that great stay.
