The entire hotel communicates quality. The upper floor room had a big, fun, view where we watched the endless aircraft lining up to land. Yet, the room was very quiet and comfortable. Excellent staff. Nothing to not like.

I had a flight delayed and ended up booking at Lowes. This hotel is very clean with several restaurants near by. The best is they have 24 hours shuttle to the airport. Highly recommend for a layover or day trip

The cleanness of the rooms and property, the beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh! No bed bugs! And the towels where so clean and fresh and I love that there where 2 5 star restaurants connected to the hotel and very easy to get a reservation. And this hotel is conveniently located the shopping outlet is directly behind the hotel great location

Wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again. I will say the website was not correct about parking as when I got there I was charged 45.00 for parking and I stated it said free parking on the site. She took 10.00 off my parking pass. Also it is not very close or walking distance to the arena for concerts. U have to drive or call Uber and they charged 16.00 to get there and 60.00 to return to hotel. Very clean nice amenities here.

appreciate the amenities....on site....several restaurants, on-site convenience shop also serving starbucks. Various meeting rooms and an ATM.... especially appreciated the round the clock shuttle to O'Hare. Service was exceptional.
