Hilton Rosemont Chicago O'Hare

Is very outdated? The rooms were clean. The hall ways where clean, but the front desk carpet was filthy.

Our flight was canceled, so we had to stay at the Hilton Rosemont. The staff at the front desk were helpful and very knowledgeable. The restaurant food was satisfying and delicious.

I didn't like that breakfast wasn't included and that there was no refrigerator or microwave in our room. Other than that the room was fine.

Just a really sad, dingy hotel, even by airport convention hotel standards. The “top floor room” that the agent gave me to apologize for not having any king beds smelled of mildew, the bathroom wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and the lights flickered spasmodically for minutes when you turned them. The televisions didn’t use the Hilton proprietary interface, so you a limited set of channels to watch on a non-interactive TV. No streaming at all. Twice when I went to use the elevators, they were emitting loud beeping sounds and didn’t want to service my floor. This hotel just feels so tired. I doubt a simple room revamp alone would do it… this property needs deep renovation. It honestly shouldn’t be allowed to be a Hilton.

Stay was okay, we had hiccup with the pool but they helped make it right.

The hotel was conveniently located to the convention center and included a Starbucks. Great hotel maintenance and staff.

The rooms were clean, a little outdated, but the walking distance to the parking was tough as well. Parking in garage, the skywalk was quite a distance. Not to mention when you have to pay to park in your hotel that you already pay to sleep!!

The A/C broke in two of the rooms we had booked. The problem was not fixed.

Great location within 30 mins from downtown with no traffic!! They are within half mile from Rosemont blue train to downtown beds are very confortable clean rooms bar was great did not eat at hotel due to events I had planned outside hotel I would highly recommend this place !!!

everything was good. the only thing was that I was not able to check in early. the location was clean and close to everything, and the staff was very friendly. I will be back next time I travel to Chicago.

What turned me off the most about this stay though, is the price gouging for pretty standard amenities. Need WiFi? You’re going to need to fork over $9.99 / day. Even the 2 small bottle of waters in the room are priced at $3 unless you enroll in their loyalty program. Luckily we found free filtered water in the gym. Positive: They do provide a free shuttle service.
