Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Rosemont

Usual hotel rooms. The reception staff day or night shifts were very unprofessional and make you feel you hate the day you showed up at this hotel. Not going back again.

Great place to stay near the Ohare area, safe and also many great dining and shopping options

The embassy suite hotel was great.. only issue I had was that the hot water was like warm for two days. The issue was fixed on my final stay but other than that everything was perfect!

It is a great location to access entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were comfortable as well. Unfortunately, the breakfast every day, and after 4 days we ordered something to be delivered. The fitness facility would have been great, another reason I chose this location however the air-conditioning was not on and it had one oscillating fan and is located above the pool so the heat and humidity was unbearable.

Overall very nice stay. No porters available to assist with luggage.

Continental breakfast was great as well as the evening snacks! Ample space in the room, did not need service as I was in and out. Close to shops and walking distance to entertainment! Overall, would stay again due to friendly staff.

The front desk attendant was great we were late checking in due to storms in indiana but she got us taken care of

I had a great four day stay at this Embassy Suites location. The breakfast was so good with many options. The pool was refreshing and half a mile away from the Chicago transit system trains if you are going to downtown Chicago or to sporting events which is very cost effective. 😃

Elevator

Nice kitchenette. Close to restaurants and nightlife.

Very hot day, 94 degs in Chicago. Room air conditioner was set at 69 but the room never cooled down below 84 deg all night.

Elevators were very slow. I ended up taking stairs up and back from the 8th floor instead of waiting (I like stairs, though) Pizza restaurant adjacent to lobby was surprisingly good for a quick meal. Also - complementary happy hour drinks and snacks plus a great hotel breakfast make this a good value for travelers. I applaud the hardworking staff who feed and clean up after all the guests.

Location Their pull up bed / sofa bed the mattress is old and need a replacement. Is not comfortable and kind a beat up mattress.. if they had that replace i can give a high score

Positives: They upgraded our room because we waited. The location was great for the train into Chicago. The breakfast was the best hotel spread I’d seen in a long time.

My stay was extremely disappointing. Although we booked two rooms, the hotel was overbooked and we were only provided with one. To make matters worse, we did not receive any housekeeping service for the duration of our three-day stay. I would not recommend this property. Bad uncooked breakfast served .

Breakfast was good propert was clean and Staff were friendly

After we unexpectedly missed our flight, Kenzie went above and beyond by helping us check back into our room and accommodating us with a late checkout until 1:00 PM so we could comfortably wait for our afternoon flight back to Miami. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Thank you, Kenzie, for making us feel welcomed and cared for. Your exceptional hospitality did not go unnoticed, and you are truly an asset to Embassy Suites. We sincerely appreciate everything you did for us and look forward to staying here again.

Rooms are great, staff is nice, mall right around corner you can walk there. The breakfast is top tier they have everything with a large seating area. Great place to stay.
