Everything was good

The room was clean and nicely appointed, but the age of the property shows through. There’s a daily charge for parking that you’ll find out about at check-in. The breakfast was nice, fresh fruit and hot options. But the hallway the bar and restaurant are on just smells dirty. It looks like it was a luxury accommodation, but time has not been kind.

This hotel is a complete bait and switch. The pictures online make the rooms look modern and updated, but the room we received was old, outdated, and nothing like what was advertised. The lobby is nice, but don't let that fool you—the guest rooms are a huge disappointment. To make matters worse, we found two bugs in our room, including one that was very large, and had to kill them ourselves. The door lock was also broken, which made us feel unsafe. Between the bugs, the broken lock, and the overall condition of the room, it was an awful experience. I would have checked out immediately, but I was traveling with my mother, who has mobility issues. By the time I realized how bad the room really was, I had already gotten her settled, and she was too exhausted to move to another hotel. The only redeeming quality was that the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, good customer service can't make up for misleading photos, poor room conditions, and cleanliness issues. I do not recommend this hotel. Don't let the online photos or the attractive lobby convince you to book. The rooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and not at all what they advertise. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We stayed for 3 days and breakfast was the same
-
I loved it.
-
Overpriced for the outdated hotel. Humid and hot in the hallways. dirty vents in room.
-
The rooms were nice. The food and drinks at the Fire Oven restaurant were excellent. They do have 2 separate workout areas, but was a little disappointed that the lightest weights they offered were 15 pounds. Many women aren't able to utilize 15's for all arm exercises. There also isn't a lot of open space for non-equipment working out, but there happened to not be too many people there at the same time as myself and was able to utilize the space that was available. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it.
-
It was too hot in the elevators and hallways.
-
The room was very clean. Met the needs for an overnight stay

Check in was quick. Abby was extremely helpful. Our room was roomy and clean. Enjoyed their Kurig coffee choice. The hotel shuttle was slow for pick up at the airport, but efficient for the return. Loved the on-site bar and restaurant. But I feel the continental breakfast should be complementary. Overall would stay again.

everything was unnecessarily expensive for the quality of this building. the room and the bartending staff were the only pleasant things. Big thing for me was $35 a night to park your car in the parking lot owned by the hotel... like I'm already a paying guest, you want me to pay $35 a night? Never going back.
