The room was very clean. Met the needs for an overnight stay

Check in was quick. Abby was extremely helpful. Our room was roomy and clean. Enjoyed their Kurig coffee choice. The hotel shuttle was slow for pick up at the airport, but efficient for the return. Loved the on-site bar and restaurant. But I feel the continental breakfast should be complementary. Overall would stay again.

everything was unnecessarily expensive for the quality of this building. the room and the bartending staff were the only pleasant things. Big thing for me was $35 a night to park your car in the parking lot owned by the hotel... like I'm already a paying guest, you want me to pay $35 a night? Never going back.

Parking at 35.00 per night is beyond excessive. Rosemont is not Chicago dowwntown. More chiices in area that are nicer and parking is free

Nice easy to get around the area

Great hotel close to O'Hare airport, Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful..I paid extra for the breakfast buffet and it definitely was worth the $$$$..We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel for supper and the food was delicious, the hummus I had was one of the best..The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had very large soft towels to use..Very nice bathroom supplies provided.. beware that parking on the property cost $30 a night..highly recommend here..The Outlet Mall was across the street, name brand stores !!

Location was not ideal for our plans in downtown Chicago but the price was very reasonable for such a nice hotel. I appreciated the attempts to reduce waste to help the environment.

The hotel was fine enough. A note is that the airport shuttle does not run after 10pm, which we hadnt noticed before booking and had to Uber.

The staff was friendly and helpful. This is the second time in a month that I’ve used this hotel. Both experiences were really good with no complaints. It is convenient and close to Ohare.

While staff and amenities were very nice, we felt frustrated by the extremely expensive parking fee that wasnt listed up front, and felt that the hotel had signs of disrepair, like the elevator button panel coming loose. Our room was very clean and nice, but smaller than expected. The bathroom was also very clean with all supplies needed in abundance, but did not have an exhaust fan, or any hook or to hang towels. Also being close to the airport, the noise from planes went on all night. I guess, I expect forthright fees, accurate information, and excellent physical condition for the price point. I felt the initial advertising is somewhat inaccurate.

Room was clean, shuttle was easy to use (be aware they only pick up at terminal 2, so you need to use the airport train if you arrive at a different terminal) and drop off options were limited and not at all terminals. Pool looked nice, but it was far too loud in that room for us to be able to use the pool.

Great staff, airport shuttle is a plus, pizza is great, rooms were clean and well equipped. Great value for money.
