Beautiful hotel. Smells very nice. Price. Very expensive plus you have to pay extra for everything. Parking, breakfast, etc.

Great stay, located perfectly around a lot of things to do in Rosemont.

I really enjoyed my stay at Aloft! The location was excellent, with everything so conveniently close by. There was a mall right next to the hotel and several restaurants within walking distance, which made getting around so easy. The rooms were nice and comfortable, just as expected, but the proximity to shopping, dining, and other attractions was definitely one of my favorite things about the stay.

the location The reserved two rooms and paid for breakfast to be included , 2 adults in each room plus two children but only received a 2 $25 voucher for each room . that is as $50 for both rooms for the whole weekend. I ended up spending additional money on breakfast because for $25 for two adults and children it was not even close to half of the total with how the prices were set. The staff was also rude whenever asked a question . also on saturday night , the room next to us was playing loud music until 5am. when I mentioned this to the front desk , they claimed no one else mentioned anything and brushed me off . despite the location being great, the stay was not worth it and will definitely not book here again.

I liked how close it was to the rosemont theater, it was a very walkable area to many places surrounded. Never stayed here but I would definitely recommend if you are going to be at a concert in the rosemont theater. How many times I had to walk over to the parking area and take many steps like go to the elevators for 2 separate places. Very few amenities, very small space to be in. The bathroom is a really weird thing where the toilet isn’t within its own. It’s in the shower so that really broke it to me. Water pressure is very low.

Short stay unfortunately ☹️we loved the place, well situated close to the airport, lots of places to eat and entertainment, we will be back!!

Great location! The room was clean and quiet. And can’t go wrong with free coffee every morning. Lol. The only dislike was the pillows weren’t the best and the blinds around the edges would let in sunlight in the morning if you’re trying to sleep in. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

It was a convenient spot. No one came to clean the room or change the thrash throughout the entire stay. I didn’t have a do not disturb sign on my door. I had to ask for new towels by stopping someone in the hallway. The only good thing about the property is the location and it was okay.
