Perfect location, wonderful staff!

Electrical Power went off for approximately 2 hours, and the hotel did not have back-up generator. I was unable to iron my outfit for the wedding that I was preparing to attend until power was restored 2 hours later which in turn caused me to attend the event late. The Shower door didn't close properly thereby allowing water to leak out. The bathroom area does not have its own individual light. When turned on the bedroom room light would automatically switch on as well thereby waking up other person in the room.

Microwave in the room. I know they couldn't control the black out but no one notified us about it or help us out. No instructions was available for power outage

Shabby entry way. Rooms very average for the price. Bed was good.

Wonderful 2 night stay in Rosemont! Hotel has easy parking and quick access to multiple dining options after getting settled in the room. If you want to leave, easy out, and convenient shopping right across Balmoral at the Rosemont Outlets

The building seemed way more aged than the photos suggested. Luckily I was only staying a night for business. Hot water never worked.

Comforter much too warm. No other blanket options. Power outage in the morning, no hot water for shower. Breakfast options limited and not included in room price..

Great experience. Like that it was up to date, modern looking.

Everything perfect

It was nice and the staff was very friendly. The only problem was it didn't have a restaurant. It was just like picking up food at a service station.

The staff could have been friendlier.

There was a trainee that was not friendly. But overall the staff seemed friendly and helpful.

It is on request for room attendance during your stay Staff are amazing Free coffee but everything else is extra for breakfast Parking is next door at a separate parkade(connected by a skywalk) it is $20 a day or you can purchase a pass from the front desk for in and out privileges for $30 a day

Everything was fabulous. The only thing I would say is that a full size ironing board would be helpful. It’s a shorter one which is difficult for an adult to use.

The choice of breakfast was bad only sandwiches. A bag of small chips cost was ridiculous $4. The bar of soap was very small.
