Very poor and no WiFi, like a motel.

Airport Shuttle was perfect

People were fine and I hate to give such a tough review. But it really was an outlier. Stayed in some motels you’d expect to be a lot worse than the hotel without any issue. This place is just.. unique.

This property is horrible! The whole property stinks like cigarettes. The furniture is very old and all scratched up. The rooms were yucky. The free shuttle took forever to get to the airport as the driver decided to run another job after accepting ours. Instead of waiting 3 min. Like the app said, we waited well over half hour which was a hassle at night with the kids.

The grassy area to walk the dog was littered and pretty small, but otherwise the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

Bed was broken I told them they didn’t help me with that and didn’t provide me any other room

Surprisingly good breakfast; carpeted rooms not vacuumed at all.

I'd stay here just for the excellent 24/7 free shuttle service to the Blue Line and the airport alone!!

Having the restaurant there was very nice!

Not the worst but just pay extra and get better quality hotel

The property was very run down and dirty. The first room we were given was supposed to accommodate 4 adults, the pull out sofa would be large enough for one adult or two small children, but not two teens or above. Also, it would not pull out fully in order to be slept on, the mattress was about 2 inches thick, and was stained to the point we were not comfortable using. We changed rooms to have two beds; the beds were very small. We had to sleep real close to each other. The breakfast was not great.

Definitely don’t expect nothing crazy for breakfast it’s very simple, if you like a real breakfast definitely go elsewhere

The place is rather shabby with lots of dings in wood furniture inside rooms. The carpet in my room had many stains from spills. It was not clear that parking was not free - "parking available" is a new code word for me - and so a charge of $20 was added to the cost of the stay. All that said, the continental breakfast set up inside Uno's was very convenient (great coffee) and the room was very quiet.

The best part about this hotel was the free shuttle access to the blue line and to the airport. Your driver, Shirley, is super friendly, and she will remember you! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and we loved the coffee! They have a Pizzeria Uno on site that is open from 11 AM to 11 PM. If you want deep dish, you need to arrive before 10 PM, but you can order everything else up until closing time. This hotel is not the newest or most updated, but the beds are comfy, the towels plush, and the shower excellent. This was a great stay for us for a couple of nights before we headed up to Michigan.
