Comfort Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport

The rooms are somewhat clean. There were stains in the carpet and the pull out couch bed was falling apart. The beds were clean including the linens. The drawers of the furniture in the room are not. We found an orange peel from before in there as we first entered the doin. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was fine. Simple but can’t complain. Overall a decent stay. It can get a bit loud as the planes take off right over the hotel. You can hear O’Hares take off right through the night if you are a light sleeper.

One of the very worst hotels I ever stayed at. It’s close to the airport but that’s about it. Upon entering the rooms the smell was off. I went immediately to check how clean the beds are. Dead insects were on the dirty mattresses. There was mold above the shower in the bathroom. As for the carpet, you don’t want to step barefoot on it. The sofa bed was a joke. It was thin, ripped, you could feel each and every spring in it, and the metal frame broken. I have no idea how they would advertise this room as sleeping six. The sofa bed is not even useable. The fabric on the sofa is ripped and super dirty. Plz safe your money and go somewhere else.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to the O’Hare blue line station which takes you downtown.

Parking, no bag trash,

I thought the accommodations were very nice, with nice staff…and its an easy commute about, to and from.

Breakfast was decent, that staff was good. Overall premises was not maintained well. Room was not that clean. The hall was dirty and sofa bed was in terrible shape and dirty.

Room was clean bedding was decent free breakfast was a plus. Didn’t like to pay $20 per day for parking when the lot was attached to the hotel that was excessive but other than that it was nice. Stayed with my 3 kids for the Fourth of July weekend.

They provide free breakfast and quick customer service. However, my bathroom was very terrible because it’s wet on the floor after taking shower. I called them to clean my room because they do not clean every day and I used all dry towels to absorb the water.

Very convenient location to the airport. Currently undergoing renovations, & the renovated rooms are very nice.

Old and poorly maintained. Paid parking. Scheduled the complementary shuttle to the airport, but they canceled at 4:30am without notice.

Steph from the Pizzeria Uno was AWESOME ! Everytime I called the property they where kind , very quiet. Will definetly recommend and stay again!

The cost that are not shared prior to booking are very problematic. There is $100 a day hold on the room and $20 for parking. Not worth the accommodations or front desk service. There are comparable and even superior hotels in the area that do not have those additional charges.

A real smelly building in the room even worse with bad smell

The room was nothing to what they advertised. Walked in to the room and the smell was just nasty musty, Couch had a big ripped and all sunken in. I turned right back around and checked out at the front desk. Checked my account I was being charged as if I was still checked in. Called the hotel they sure did still had me checked in. They reimbursed only part of the money according to them they had to still charge me 2 night and parking I guess. The refund is not making sense on what they claimed they reimbursed me.
