Quality Inn O'Hare Airport

The hotel inside was great! We'd stay there again. The outside parking lot was dirty and had a few trash items laying around that made the place look bad, so I didn't like that. But the rooms inside were great. Staff was FANTASTIC. We didn't use the breakfast because it was mainly full of sugar items. No meat or eggs. Waffles. We liked our meals at the restaurant.

Smelled moldy. We got stuck in Chicago due to flight issues with weather. We tried to pick a place close because flying out early next day. The plumbing hasn’t been touched in 20+ years. Pay the extra for a better place!

Parking, Room was clean

In the middle of the night something was ticking so loud that I had to wake up to check what’s going on and tuned out it’s the hair dryer plug so I had unplug it. I woke up In the morning, around 6 am, and there was no electricity at the property. I had a flight so I put my clothes with no lights on and the room was too hot as the AC went out. Accordingly there was no breakfast. Vending machines were also out. Luckily the shuttle arrived and took me to the airport. That was an unpleasant experience.

Shuttle from the airport was slow to get there and only 6 seats. People sat on floor and in luggage area. Breakfast was very limited. Mostly carbohydrates with the exception of apples and bananas and yogurt. The bed was fine and the towels were ok. Liked the coffee in the room.

Airport shuttle every 30mins on the hour and half hour excellent, about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. If you ask will drop off for blue line train into Chicago which takes about 40 minutes. Reception staff very helpful especially gentleman sorry I have forgotten his name. Food served in bar is very good, gentleman from Montenegro very helpful and friendly. Bed very large and comfortable and although a little dated in decor very cleam and has good A/C.

The rooms were clean, staff was outstanding although the breakfast was adequate still appreciated.

The rooms were clean, the rest of the place was very sketchy. The grass was overgrown. The hallways smelled, people were loudly arguing outside at 2am, and there was a power outage so lights blinking all night, hair dryer outlet clicking, microwave beeping, fridge making a noise that sounded like scratching in the walls, but wasn’t, and no coffee or breakfast.

It was nice to relax after a long flight. Easy to book.

I stayed in room 101. The internet seldom worked in that room. I know they have good internet but the location of that room was disappointing for connection. Besides that everything was as expected.

I loved that they had airport shuttle and I was able to get something to eat late at night.

The room and the hallway smell. Noisy. You can hear anything outside and beside the room. The toilet too small and low. Too old the bed was comfy and the fridge was a decent size. The breakfast was ok.

The room was great, the carpet in the hallways need updating. The bartender Marco was awesome. Convenient location.

Easy access from airport. clean, large room, they offered late checkout since we came in at midnight and we loved that there was a bar open until 2am LOL

It’s trouble for parking the room,the bathroom very small

Our only mild concern is that the hotel bathroom could use an update of some fixtures. Shower, & sink water flowed well and warmed quickly.

It was fine for the price but the smell of cheap cleaner was overwhelming. Toilet seat was loose, bathroom was sticky, overall you get what you pay for the pictures look nicer then it is
