Best Western Plus O'Hare International South Hotel

location was great for us. Our friends we came to visit were 5 minutes away. i did not have issues parking my car which i was worried about that at first. the room was ok. shower was great breakfast is blant and just plain coffee and the smell of weed in the hall and elevator was terrible

Shittle service and price Parking tight

Good

The power outlet between the beds (USB) was inoperable with an open box and broken wires. The microwave was unplugged. When I moved it to a table where it could be plugged in, the power worked but the turntable didn't. Overall, a disappointment.

Good

Honestly, most ran down BW I have ever stayed at. Really disappointed. Front counter staff were very unprofessional.

Superb

Staff friendly, older building, breakfast minimal.

Shuttle service was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable The road noise was high. The facilities are a little dilapidated. The neighborhood is not walkable.

Convenient to airport

place is dirty..old..and does not reflect the photos shown . the location is somewhat close to the airport but seems unsafe. the bathroom sink is in the middle of the room separate from the shower and toilet so very awkward. don't recommend this place at all..breakfast was included but horrible even too look at.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing but at least there was something available.

We got n a midnight. The clerk was super nice and informative. Got us set for a return trip to the airport the following day. The driver was good and also friendly

they never clean the room, no shampoo, conditioner and body wash, containers was empty. I requested them to clean and put supplies as well as towels they never did. I had to get my own shampoo

overall it was good

FYI it is a 15+minute drive from the O'Hare Airport The general manage as well as the staff person with the indian accent were very terrible., one great night staff person i did not get his name. The whole experience was a nightmare and they were unwilling to be even the tiniest bit kind or reasonable.

The coffee maker in the room did not work. The coffee looked like tea and it was cold.

No blow dryer in room.

Very good

Nothing special nut it was nice enough
