Don’t want a heart shaped bathtub in middle of bedroom Would not recommend

It took 10 minutes for the front desk person to appear. I finally got my keys and headed up to my room. The room had not even been cleaned. I went downstairs and was told I would have to wait 30 minutes. I specifically asked for another Jacuzzi room and they tried to give me another room, less than what I paid for. When I got into my room almost an hour later than check on, the Jacuzzi tub did not even have working jets. The bed frame was broken and I almost fell on the floor sitting on the edge of it. This was definitely not a good stay.

Ugh! Awful hotel. The carpet was stained and had previous water damage that showed. Bathroom door did not shut, wet crumbling ceiling. Just awful, and smelly. No one is taking care of this place. Very sketchy looking people staying there too. I had my pepper spray at the ready.

Not much to add. Minimal breakfast. Room fairly clean with minimal signs of mold in the bathroom.

The whole floor smelled like marijuana but had to leave a credit card on file so we didn’t smoke in room. Don’t recommend

The room was falsely advertised. Its just a standard hotel. While it was clean, the whole hotel smelled sour and musty. Definitely will not be staying here again.

The small benefit is that there is someone on staff at all times and because our flight was severely delayed and we didn't get in till after midnight.

It’s in a very unsafe area. Definitely did not feel safe with my family. Very sketchy workers also. The hotel was just very uncomfortable.

This was rough…really dirty and a giant ceiling goiter filled with liquid hovering over top of us while we showered. All it needed was a flickering bulb in the lobby…oh wait…

Agella at the front desk was a wonderful staff member—always friendly and making sure we were doing well. We rested in a comfortable, nice room. Thank you.

Room 215 is a surprise for my husband and I as we had a last minute booking. The heart shaped tub was so nice! The bed was one of the softest beds we had ever slept in. Highly reccommend!

The bathroom had rotting plaster and filthy light switches. It was just GROSS!

Staff gave us a bottle of Febreze as a solution to the problem. Not impressed!

Air conditioner didn’t work well. And I woke up to use restroom turned light on cockroaches ran all over table where your supposed to eat. Which I already threw garbage out.

Traveled solo for work felt very safe at the hotel staff was very helpful will definitely be staying here again
