Very bad odors in the hallways and elevator.

It was very economical to be able to cook in the room and keep supplies in the fridge and freezer. A negative was from time to time, smelling someone else's meal cooking! They advertised having an iron/ironing board, but twice when I wanted one, there was none available. We needed to extend our stay by 4 days, and they accommodated that need at a very reasonable price, although a little higher than through Expedia originally. Overall, if we had a need for this again, I would use this means again.

Comfortable beds. Nice gym. Microwave and fridge with stove top. Good location. Free coffee in the morning. Not bad value. Housekeeping is not existent. Have to get your trash and go to the dumpster to dump your trash. If you put your trash outside your door for pickup, the front desk will come knocking on your door to keep the trash inside your room. I asked for Housekeeping and was told there is only one housekeeper. How is that my fault? Hire more staff. The tv remote never works so missed watching the NBA playoffs. If you need to stay more than a couple of days, expect to rough it.

Smoke filled rooms with stale smoke. Dirty hallways and for the expensive price not even a continental breakfast.

LEAVING Front desk unattended, I was unable to check in at 4:35with no notification or info/ Some rooms not ready at 4:30 P.M. food on hall floor. very uncomfortable bed, pillows very thin. No tissues to blow my nose.

Noone at night guest do whatever they want party 1am to 6 am loud music playing. Air conditioner not working was loud banging and motor reving.

There were issues with intoxicated people and law breaking guest.

After driving 11 hours straight, I really didn't need the indifferent desk clerk. The room they assigned me was okay, a bit worn looking, and the carpet seemed dingy. Also, the hotel guests who smoked, did so on the sidewalk in front, and the smoke smell came in the intake of the air conditioner. Breakfast was good, and I was surprised that the coffee was excellent. I've stayed at this property multiple times, and this, by far, wasn't the best visit. The front desk person needed some more customer service training, and the hotel definitely needs an overhaul.

The AGM goes over and beyond his duty.

Very loud, stayed 2 nights and every night was awakened but loud stomping and talking. The property was in real good condition however.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, kitchen sink and stovetop were nice. Hangers for clothes and enough drawers. No breakfast and no housekeeping. I stayed for 2 weeks. After the first week I called the front desk and asked if they would dump my trash. They basically said do it yourself. Housekeeping is a big zero!

The moment i walked in I was welcomed and wanted to stay. Guest service was like Wow. The room was awesome. I will be back. The pillows were not that good.

Didn't have a pet

Nice gym. Friendly staff. Good location. Pest control issue. There were ants in the kitchen area and something on the carpet in the hallway made me itch for days.

The check-in was closed when we arrived (15 minutes after booking reservation online through Hotels.com) and the entrance was locked. We lost our money and had to find another place to stay on the spot.
