The staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen had no dishes, and there were people coming and going in the hallway, so it was very noisy

The hotel was not clean, room smelled like mildew and the lights didn’t work. Gave us the wrong room to start and it didn’t get much better from there. Decided we were NOT staying the second night due to all the issues we encountered. Renters beware.

Nothing Took 45 minutes of waiting for someone to show up at front desk to let us check in. After a very long drive. It was unacceptable

How nice the staff was. They were really great. Even after the lady in front of us was really mean to them. The big fridge. Only 2 pillows for a queen bed. Carpet is gross, always, in all hotels.

The bed is NOT a queen, my 6’2 bc and I had no room in the full xl size bed and we’re both skinny people. Advertised as a queen. Definitely not a queen.

The staff was nice Nothing felt clean, the place was very run down, the water didnt get hot, the free wifi with last name and password didnt work, there were people literally fighting and screaming in the hallway i had to call twice before it stopped. I did not feel comfortable or safe.

Location I was staying one night with my dog… ONE… night.. with a fully trained 6 year old dog…. And they wanted to charge me a $200 non-refundable pet deposit… insane.
