Disappointing

Convenient location Only three pillows on a king-size bed. When we asked for an additional pillow, we were told they didn’t have any more.

Roaches in rooms

The room was clean, bedding looked new. On the other hand, the room was advertised as having a microwave, but there was no microwave in the room. Garbage cans outside remained overflowing Saturday and Sunday. The desk lamp did not turn on. There was no one at the front desk early in the morning.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The room had a smell and the hotel was one that you would take a person to after a night at the bar.

The hotel is run down but it’s convenient. It was quiet and we slept fine for a quick stay on a road trip. It could use a good cleaning.

Very poor

I got there pretty late, but the young man who waited on me exemplified great customer service and was very helpful and professional. This helped with our stay. The only negative thing I have to say, we were at the far end if the lodge and it was very noisy with the traffic and the windows seemed like they were wide open and is why the noisy was so prevalent, but that was not the case. Overall the accommodations worked for the quick stay that we needed.

Toilet leaked on floor tub had not been rinsed after cleaning I fell after I turned on shower ( slimmy) I cracked 2 ribs.

Very dirty, horrible location, nasty staff, this place is full of drug users and nasty atmosphere. I was extremely disappointed and very put off by the entire experience. NOT children or pet friendly.
