N'est pas propre

Never ever again. I was given a room that was still not cleaned from the last customer, including an un flushed toilet. Was given a second room in another building that was devoid of all furniture, and a guy was drying it out. I can only imagine why. They are totally confused on the front desk, and obviously, have no clue as to what rooms they have available. I gave them their card back and told them I was going to another hotel , where there was a competent Manager. They say any payment credit would have to be taken up with the booking agency. Their attitude was “whatever”, like they could care less. DO NOT RECOMMEND ! Didn’t know about the photo feature on this.

Slightly dated exterior but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Fairly quiet as well

Nice little spot, was able to finally rest.

Very clean & orderly room 'Breakfast' was as minimal as you could get.

2. There are cigarette butts all over the children's playground. It was disgusting and my 2 year old couldn't play on it. 3. The pool towels weren't even kept up with.

Prices went up drastically since last stay a month ago. From 115 to 156. At first appearance it looked clean but after walking across the carpet a few times my feet were filthy. Lots of loud neighbors that could easily be heard through the walls. Not worth almost 160.00 a night in my book.

Trying to change a checkout date here is unbelievable between them not answering the phone or not checking there emails they will try and ignore you to screw you out of your refund. Than the room they checked me into originally someone previously had peed in there ac unit and when I turned it on I about threw up everywhere from the smell

Bugs, no functioning lights, torn up and stained carpets. Did i mention bugs?

We didn't try the complimentary breakfast as there was a Waffle House literally steps from our room door. And they were fast, delicious and cheap!

Pool was nice but only open 1-8 so couldn’t use. Bathroom was not that clean. Only 2 towels. Breakfast was okay.

The floor in our room was dirty, the heat/cooling unit was loud as was the bathroom fan. There was trash on the ground outside our room and parking was not convenient.

Personnel was very nice

Room never got cleaned and never got cleaned towels

The staff are always kind as they represent the business of Hospitality for travelers as myself. In appreciation for the management & Staff, I always make sure the room is the sane way I entered it. CLEAN & TIDY. I give them A+. Nothing except my stay is ALWAYS TOO SHORT.

Breakfast was worthless, warm milk. Only 2 cereal choices. *Do NOT stay at this hotel for the pool! It may or may not be open, regardless of what they tell you on the phone! Middle of summer and pool closes at 8pm! Stayed two nights and never got to use it! I will never stay here again, it's not worth it. Better to spend a little more money and get a much better place. Plus in trying to get this hotel I got 3 or 4 different prices. Can't seem to trust anything they tell you. It was clean and people were nice but that was it. For what I got(no pool use and poor breakfast it should of been $30-40 cheaper a night.
