Room and and amenities were very clean - breakfast was good - would have like to have fresh fruit - staff was very friendly - beds were a little too firm for my liking otherwise very good

Upon arrival, the room was NOT available to check in at 3pm. I was asked to wait until the room was cleaned. That was a HUGH inconvenience because I had traveled the entire morning and was ready to rest! The room was semi clean and the pillows were really small. We made it work for one night.

Smelly

Our room was exceptionally noisy until late at night. Hard to sleep. Noise was directly above us. Given the thin walls and ceilings it might be a good idea to not book every room, try placing some empty rooms between guests.

It was great just loud upstairs and thin walls and nighttime staff could be less miserable and sassy but overall good stay.

The location was convenient as we were traveling through the area. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We did have to “play” with the thermostat some before the room cooled down as it clearly had not been used in some time. Thankfully it worked and we slept well. The splash pad area looked like it would be nice for families with young children. Can’t speak to the breakfast as we slept through it since we checked in late. Staff were friendly.

All good except ac was very loud and bed soft and pillows very tiny. Staff very nice and breakfast good and clean facility.

We've been on our vacation this week.In this was one of the cleanest places we've stayed with the nicest staff. I know it's hard when you're poking online.To make sure that you can get a decent place to stay.But , this was well worth it, highly recommend Second floor at our age lol

All was good except if you boom via other platforms this hotel isn’t great with accommodations.

Booking was not correct. Other residents were outside of my room until 1:30 am and setting off fireworks at 12:30 am, scaring my family and dog. This was supposed to be dog friendly, that should not be allowed.

Cleanliness, location and quietness on property Pillows are weirdly small, bed is not very comfortable, no vending machines
