Room was clean but seemed a little small. Breakfast could have used a few more options

Very poor WiFi connection. Had to use personal hotspot to get any work done

Also, the shower door was incorrectly installed, allowing water to pour onto the floor, and whoever picked out the bedside lights didn’t take into account that a normal person can turn them on or off while in bed. Cute concept; poorly executed.

We had a wedding and stayed here overnight. Although we were not in the room much, the beds were comfy and the room was very clean and bright. Staff was also very helpful.

What made the situation even worse was the customer service. When I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, the lady working there was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help resolve the problem, she seemed annoyed and dismissive of my concerns. Between the ant problem and the poor treatment from staff, my stay was far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Coffee or Tea only available in the lobby. Ice maker was disgusting. I have pictures

The stay n the location was fine I just didn’t see the 150 extra security deposit for one night stay that threw me off

Ashley at the desk was courteous and professional. She's dedicated to the mission of assuring everything from checking in to check is without incident. A great asset to your brand. The hotel is great and I will definitely stay there whenever I travel to Frederick in the future.

Convenient to my location The curtain was burnt, no vending machine, no breakfast as advertised, no soap, shampoo, wash cloth was there.

Location was great very close to the park where we were having an event and gave us very good access to Frederick in the surrounding. Bobby and breakfast area we're having a renovation. I was expecting a breakfast and got to grab and go bag instead. I'm sure the works completed by now and the place will be great

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Still under renovation so no breakfast and no gym.

Comfortable beds and very clean They changed the name of the place and I wasn't aware of that,so I was looking around for it not realizing it was changed but that was honestly the only thing and that wasn't really a bad thing

Very centrally located to Francis Scott Key Mall & Monocacy Battlefield. In the middle of name change/renovation. Breakfast was extremely lackluster
