Value for only one night. Not staying as a tourist.

We were put in their other property due to minor electrical issue, where they put us was a nicer room Thank you. No big deal, but the “barn door” slider was difficult to move. 5 minutes with a drill and wench will fix it, it’s just not level. Aside from that we really liked the room .

Close proximity to all the Main Street attractions and food. The room was ok, small but manageable for 2 people. The AC worked great and the room got really cold. Bring an extra blanket. The bathroom was very small and the toilet is very close to the bathroom door. There are not any electrical receptacles in the bathroom so plan on doing anything needed for hair in the bedroom. The main thing that I thought was concerning is that there is no deadbolt lock on the door. Only an auto lock door knob. I know this is an older property but it does need better security upgrades. The room also smelled like Raid or some sort of pest control bomb was set off recently. It needed up going away but the smell was strong when we first got there.

1. The bathroom door get stuck and can only be barely opened (you can see the scruff mark on the floor). We both are skinny so we were able to squeeze by. I pity the average larger size adults. 2. The coffee and utensil packs were in a RUSTED Folger's coffee can. If the owner doesn't want us to use the 'free' coffee, they can just remove the un-sightly can all together. 3. The freezer is all crusted with ice. Come on, y'all can do better. Buy a couple of more fridge, swap the ice crusted units out to thew. The guest will feel you do care. 4. The bathroom is small and there is almost no place to put anything. Wait, there is a cabinet above the sink with a mirror. Huh, wait the shelvings are missing and not clean, never-mind, We'll leave our toiletries outside the bathroom.

1 mile from all of the shops. They allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. The fridge and microwave was a great addition, iron and ironing board, blow dryer. The decor was cute, I can see the vision I just think more energy should be put into the cleanliness of the place. Stains on the sheets, hair in the shower, broken tiles, spills on bathroom wall behind sink, dirty coffee pot, musty smell in the room and lastly, the top blanket on bed smelled really bad.

Quiet area, parking next to room, self check-in I had the small room, and couldn't sleep with the a/c fan on because it is located right next to the head of the bed and would blow air right on my head. One of the chairs was broken but I didn't need to use it. The mattress was adequate but not particularly comfortable, so I did not sleep very well. An espresso bar is advertised at that address but apparently no longer exists.

Helpful Staff, location is great. Nothing
-
The location. No hooks, towel bars, or outlets in the bathroom. Hair in the shower drain. Handle came off mini fridge. The mattress needs replacing. Exorbitant price for an extremely basic room.
-
Good location. Price is good. Bed is small and a bit uncomfortable, but for one night, it was fine.

The cleaning lady did not refill the toilet paper, nor was there any extra in the room. We had to go to the office to get more.

Nice location. Cool older hotel. Rooms were small but nice for age. We were unable to stay the second night and emailed several days prior to our arrival and didn't hear back from property until the day of check in from a third party that said they had no control over it and to contact Booking.com who says to contact owner. One big service circle that ended up costing us a night we didn't use.

Location and price was fair. Property is not well maintained sink loose and racks are falling off. Bathroom was moldy and dirty. TV was kinda useless. You could not add apps in Watch TV.
-
a little bit off the main road (but still noisy). Away for the the busy downtown. No reception. The bathroom was very small and basic. The picture on the website didn't reflect the actual size of the room (quite small)

Having stayed there many times in the past it was a great nostalgic experience. No complaints.

Charming easy access to downtown Fredericksburg

Such a cute place. It is close to everything. They just need grab bars in the shower..

There was blood stains in the restroom walls. Cleaning staff didn’t even acknowledge us.
