The location is excellent—just a short drive to Main Street, where you’ll find the shops, restaurants, museums, and other attractions. There are also several dining options nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Fredericksburg.

Location was good, breakfast was excellent. Happy to allow pets, but pet policy is a little intense. Room was hot, AC was weak, fridge wasn't very cold, some else's leftovers were left in the fridge, pillows flat, sheets scratchy. Floors clean, bathroom clean. Room was a bit small for 2 queen beds. Could barely walk between desk and bed.

I loved everything about it. It was so nice the bed was comfortable. The pool was nice. The only thing that was a little bit of a problem was my alarm clock in the room went off at 6 AM and so it interrupted my sleep.

Was very disappointed with this hotel. Had a very bad Oder and it was coming from the rug. Shower didn’t drain properly. Shower head broken and sprayed all over. AC wasn’t working properly. Dog hair on floor. Very bad cleaning. Would not recommend staying simply because management doesn’t keep up with premises.

I was not happy with the 1st Hotel I pick for my trip. My decision to pick LaQuinta at last minute which caused it to be a little more expensive. Everything was great. Room was clean. I have no complaints.

My only complaint was the tv. I did not like using fire stick for viewing television.

Not clean, worst hotel breakfast on the trip, hallway carpet on third floor was very dirty and hallway smelled terrible, tile floor on level 1 never mopped while we were there A/c was not cooling I would like a refund fyi I’m not a complainer, but this place is a dump Thanks Kevin
