Fantastic location, delicious breakfast and beautiful house. The lack of response from staff. I emailed if we could get our breakfast to go and didn’t hear back. Also, we were told there would be fresh cookies. We could not find them at the end of the second day of our stay. We also thought that our room would be refreshed after the first night but that wasn’t the case.

We really enjoyed our stay in downtown Fredericksburg at this inn from 1770!

From the moment we arrived, it was a welcoming, friendly environment! We toured the Inn, which is beautiful and clean. There were delicious cookies in the dining room. The room was clean. The historic vibes were amazing. The bathroom was clean. It is in the perfect location. You just walk outside, and you are on the main street, yet it's still very quiet at night. Parking was easy. The courtyard out back is well-maintained and a nice place to relax at the end of the day. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone was extremely friendly! I cannot recommend this place anymore!

Fantastic place!! Clean, quiet, exceptional staff. Couldn't have asked for a better lodging experience. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Amazing! Bathroom toilet. Complicated. Lol
-
Very good and the staff was great! There was some street noise but the Inn can't help that. Otherwise the location was perfect for us.

What a beautiful Inn with a wonderful staff in a great location.

Downtown Fredericksburg is pretty loud, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Parking is tough down there but the hotel has its own parking lot off of Sophia St, and it’s really easy. We had to leave early so we didn’t get to experience the breakfast, but we’d definitely come back. Everything was first rate. If you can’t do stairs you might have trouble, but that didn’t bother us.

Staff was exceptionally friendly, nice and accommodating. Our room was ready early and Marissa, the Assistant Inn Keeper, called to let us know. Our special add-ons were ready when we arrived and everything was wonderful!! Excellent breakfast, beautiful room, Inn and friendly, nice staff! A wonderful place to stay for an Anniversary! Didn't notice anything.
