The hotel room was clean and check-in was simple and easy. I only stayed one night and will stay here the next time I am in town.

Front desk was great as far as breakfast the lady had it cleaned up 15 mins early and refused to make more so I had 3 kids hungry

Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean hotel, lovely pool. Breakfast had lots of options and was fresh and tasty! Rooms were spacious and clean.

First the positives. The room we stayed in and the common areas were very clean. The breakfast area staff were great. They worked together like a real team, keeping the food stocked and the eating area clean at all times. On the other hand, there wasn't a microwave in our room and the shade on our big picture window would only pull down half way so we had no privacy. The window faced east with the sun streaming in bright and early making it hard to sleep in after our long road trip next morning. Also, to top that, our TV didn't work. We were told that all the TVs on our 5th floor were out and hadn't been working since "the last big storm". We asked when that was and couldn't get a straight answer. The staff in charge at the desk didn't seem to care and refused to give us a room with a TV that worked. The Hyatt made it clear in writing that they expected a 4 or 5 star rating and below this wouldn't be acceptable. Well, at $200 a night they earned 3 out of 5 from us because, to our shock and disappointment, it was NOT acceptable!

Check in and out was amazing, staff went above and beyond to be helpful, warm and welcoming.

Everything was clean, but our door sticked horribly and had to slam it to shut it. Not enough luggage carts. Breakfast was very poor. Most hot food was empty at 8 am on a Monday. The hot pad was too hot to even use to pick up the egg lid. Room was also a bit smaller than most other hyatt places I’ve stayed at.
-
The room also had the track and hardware for a sliding bathroom door, but no actual door installed. Overall, it was not a terrible experience, but I would not stay here again.

Parking free Room very clean Staff fine

When we arrived to our room, the toilet was clogged. A staff member was very helpful and came to unclog it 2 times during our stay. We requested a new room and were told there were no other rooms available. Unfortunately, the toilet worked one time and then got clogged again. The first time we left our room and took the elevator to the lobby, we got stuck in the elevator for about 10-15 minutes. We were told that it had just been repaired that day. We ended up taking the stairs. The TV in our room was also not working and had to be reset by a staff member. We asked to speak to a manager at about 8P and were told that no one is on call and we can speak to him at 8AM. We were given a business card because we left at about 6AM. We have called 2 times and have been unable to get in contact with the manager. I was shocked that this hotel has these maintenance issues especially when the rooms are almost $200/night.

Found a bug on my pillow and the hallway was so hot and they need to fix the doors changed my room 3 times.

Staff was warm and friendly

Also, reviews mentioned available sandwiches in “The Market”, which turned out to be an empty refrigerator cooler when we arrived at 9:15 PM. The best feature of our stay was a comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep.

Clean, helpful staff, location was nice.
-
Sheets had stains, cups in the room were dirty and chipped, the fridge had a terrible smell emanating from it, and couch had weird stains on it. I expect a lot more from a place like this.
-
There was one person working who was great but otherwise the service was not especially nice. Also, I asked for a bottle of water that I saw them handing out to people checking in and they were going to charge me because I wasn't a certain tier. I paid more than $200 for a room -- why charge for a bottle one water? Breakfast was terrible -- few options and a lot were out. They had signs everywhere asking people not to give a rating of a three -- which was kind of a turn off.

2 day local staycation, was clean, comfortable and quiet… free breakfast was decent. Pool on first night closed 2 hours early because they were out of towels I guess? ( had difficulty getting fresh towels in general during the stay) But overall it was a good stay and great location in the area. Will likely stay here again.

Very clean and quiet with several amenities including free breakfast and a pool with long open hours. Hit a snag at check in when our room wasn’t ready, but I believe that is not a regular occurrence and they were just unexpectedly short staffed. There was a woman named Zoe working the front desk and she was wonderful! The bar was also not well stocked. We would stay here again though! It’s definitely a wonderful option for larger families to stay in a suite rather than booking two rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We felt very welcome when we arrived after a long drive. The lobby was also so bright, clean, cheerful and welcoming. We were very happy with our room, it was spacious and very clean. I would definitely stay here again

The Hyatt Place was a wonderful hotel! We loved the spacious room, delicious breakfast, and had no trouble finding parking. Zoe, at the front desk, was especially friendly, helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. We will definately be back! Thank you!
