She also gave us suggestions about various restaurants in town and had a lovely porch and fire head that we could sit by and relax. We will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is just a short walk from the downtown area. We didn't love all the breakfast items, but others were great. The room itself was cozy and comfortable.

Wonderful property just outside of the business of Freeport. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Yummy breakfast every morning, and even homemade cookies each night. 10/10 for sure!

This is a classic Maine B&B! Wonderful owners and delicious breakfast with always two options! Fresh homemade cookies at the end of the day! Rooms were very nice with nice sized private bathroom. A wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Why do the chain hotel when you can have this experience!

Our stay was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was very welcoming, and our room was well-outfitted and had very effective A/C, which was a relief given the 90+ degree temps outside. I did notice a fair amount of deferred maintenance around the property, but none of it was in areas that really affected our experience. It is obvious that the owners are working to establish and improve the inn, so I would expect that the areas we noticed will likely be addressed in the coming months and years.

We stayed for a weekend and loved everything. Quiet comfy room and the best breakfast I’ve ever had! Stephanie was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend when visiting the Freeport area.

Quaint, location, breakfast

The inn keepers Stephanie and Matthew were so nice and accommodating. One of us had a dairy allergy and they made sure everything was made fresh and with no dairy, adapting recipes when necessary. The inn was super clean, rooms were nicely kept, and the food was delicious. Absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Freeport or Portland! We appreciated the nice options for relaxing around the inn like a fire pit and quiet patio.

Great location, friendly staff, charming property with lovely antique furnitures, and good breakfast in particular the fruits dish starter. We play pool a little bit as well.

Outstanding breakfast. Very steep stairs and a very small under the eaves room were unexpected.

This was such a lovely place to stay; it’s such an adorable B and B. Truly could not have asked for more-from the morning breakfast until the homemade cookies in the evening. The owner gave us recs for places to go and things to do for the weekend we were there, and was very accommodating for my friend with food restrictions. Really had such a lovely time.

Great communication with owner, clean, amazing cookies and breakfast, and pool table!!

The hosts are very welcoming and pay attention to guest needs. Touches like fresh cookies and milk available every evening are special. A generous homemade breakfast is included in the price. The room was comfortable and decorated with a personal touch.

Hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Room was newly renovated and decorated and spotlessly clean, with all new, easy-to-open windows and seemingly brand-new bathroom. Located a short walk to downtown. Great breakfasts. Liked everything!

Stephanie and Keith were amazing hosts. Complete with warm cookies and milk for a snack in the evening. With excellent breakfast choices, great conversation and advice. The room accommodation was cozy, clean and very comforting. Look forward to staying again sometime. Nothing to not like. A great stay!
