This was such a lovely place to stay; it’s such an adorable B and B. Truly could not have asked for more-from the morning breakfast until the homemade cookies in the evening. The owner gave us recs for places to go and things to do for the weekend we were there, and was very accommodating for my friend with food restrictions. Really had such a lovely time.

The hosts are very welcoming and pay attention to guest needs. Touches like fresh cookies and milk available every evening are special. A generous homemade breakfast is included in the price. The room was comfortable and decorated with a personal touch.

Hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Room was newly renovated and decorated and spotlessly clean, with all new, easy-to-open windows and seemingly brand-new bathroom. Located a short walk to downtown. Great breakfasts. Liked everything!

Stephanie and Keith were amazing hosts. Complete with warm cookies and milk for a snack in the evening. With excellent breakfast choices, great conversation and advice. The room accommodation was cozy, clean and very comforting. Look forward to staying again sometime. Nothing to not like. A great stay!

The breakfast was excellent. I have a dairy allergy and they were very accomodating. The room was exceptionally clean and inviting. They thought of nice extras, like ice & water. Warm cookies at night (they even made dairy free ones). They had heated towel racks in the bathroom which made it very cozy. Easy walk to many restaurants and shopping. Nothing!

Everything! The location, the house its self, our room was stunning and Stephanie was so delightful. And her cheese biscuits were the best I have ever had. I cannot say enough about this B&B. Nothing

The room was extremely tiny and the bed's mattress needed to be replaced with a new one. However there were many comfortable rooms in the Inn downstairs that we used and the breakfast was FABULOUS!!

Stephanie and her son Matthew were very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Three courses every morning. Fresh baked cookies and cold milk at night. Close to LLBean and downtown Freeport. Lighting at night in our room was minimal. Gave a cozy vibe but was hard to see at nighttime.

The folks that run the Inn are warm and welcoming, you truly feel you are at home. The other guests must feel the same way, because everyone is always smiling and kind. The rooms are clean, had aircon or heat, a hairdryer, and comfy beds and pillows. We look forward to coming back!

We stayed in room 5. Very clean, nice bathroom, great shower. Owners were lovely. Great breakfast and Scrabble game on the porch. Wish we could have stayed longer.
