Nice breakfast; convenient location; clean

Hampton Inn is my go-to hotel for everyday travel. The front desk host was very friendly and professional. The room was clean, but a little cramped. Breakfast is always a must for us when traveling with children and this was just as expected. Would stay here again.

The hotel was consistent with other Hampton Inns we have stayed at over the years. I was unaware that the price per night doubled from Thursday to Friday. I expected to pay $184+tax for both nights, but the second night turned out to be $367+tax ($400.12). A Hampton Inn room is fine at the regular price, but it is in no way worth $400 per night. I will pay a lot more attention to the full price next time I book a hotel.

The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The rooms was clean, bathrooms had plenty of room, towels were soft, and the beds were quite comfortable including the pillows. The property is an older one but very well kept up. The location was surprisingly quiet even though not far from an Interstate. We never heard noise from cars or other guests so must have good insulation. Had plenty of parking with an accommodating back door you could open with your key card. Its close to several restaurants and retail outlets including LL Bean. Breakfast had good selection. Coffee was very good but cups need to be larger. Rooms had coffee makers that worked well. Ice machine locations were located in the middle of the floors for easier access. All in all had a good stay.

Staff was wonderful. Caitlin was very helpful and made us feel right at home. I wish there was a hot tub. The shower changed temp a few times. otherwise, lovely time.

We had a nice two night stay for a girls trip. The staff was very pleasant, the breakfast had many choices of hot and cold food. Coffee and tea was available 24/7 which was nice. I would book here again.

I booked here for pool and it was closed for maintenance. Very disappointing. I would have stayed elsewhere.

Would not go back. Room was not that clean. When we arrive the front desk said I hadn't paid yet, had to show her my receipt.
