Clean rooms, friendly staff and great continental breakfast

Our room was very neat, quiet and clean. Conveniently located near LL Bean

The pool was great. The breakfast buffet very nice. It was a little crowded Sunday morning so we brought a tray back to the room.

It was our first time in Maine and definitely coming back for a longer stay. Staff was friendly and responsive.

Myself and 2 friends were very disappointed for the inconvenience of not having a roll out bed. We rented the room because we wanted to have our own sleeping space. Once we checked in and went to our room there wasn't a roll away bed there and the room looked to small to even have one in it. So we called the front desk and she told me that there wasn't any available. That they only had 3 of them in the whole building and they were being used. Every option that we asked about to fix the matter we were told that a note can be left for the manager that came in the next day. There were no more rooms to rent.

I liked the clean room and quiet area. I liked the free breakfast and helpful staff.

Location was most important.

We had a nice experience. Peaceful; breakfast was excellent- every day something new. Staff is always available, professional, and polite. I will stay here again or in any other Hampton. Thank you!

I would expected more from a Hampton inn/hilton and for the price we paid. Some areas had chipping paint and slopping caulking in the bathroom. I had higher expectations.

Fast efficient check in, clean spacious rooms, clean and well stocked breakfast, friendly staff

Breakfast was OK. Eggs were so dry and there was almost none left at 9am. I had to eat something else because there wasn’t enough to go around my group. The employee working in that area was not refilling hot food. The rest of the food was very good.

Its the usual Hampton Inn. An O place to stay at a reasonable cost. Usual furniture. Usual breakfast. I do have to say I had the best night of sleep I had in a long time. I don't know why, but I did.

Hampton Inn is my go-to hotel for everyday travel. The front desk host was very friendly and professional. The room was clean, but a little cramped. Breakfast is always a must for us when traveling with children and this was just as expected. Would stay here again.

The hotel was consistent with other Hampton Inns we have stayed at over the years. I was unaware that the price per night doubled from Thursday to Friday. I expected to pay $184+tax for both nights, but the second night turned out to be $367+tax ($400.12). A Hampton Inn room is fine at the regular price, but it is in no way worth $400 per night. I will pay a lot more attention to the full price next time I book a hotel.
