Floors were not clean. No amenities like shampoo or body wash. Room smelled heavily of smoke.

Can’t beat the price for Maine in summer. Pet friendly with $20 fee is great. Room was clean. Had fridge & microwave in room which was awesome. The hotel just needs a revamp. Time has taken its toll on the structure.

The bed was very comfortable but, we encountered the smell of stale smoke upon opening our door. We could not be assured that the room had not had pets in it when we inquired, even though we have allergies. The clerk didn’t really seem to care. The continental breakfast was sparse if you wanted anything besides a waffle. Coffee was okay but no creamer supplied, just coffee mate powder. We will probably find someplace else to stay next time.

This is an older and dated motel, but it’s clean, safe and affordable.

Excellent bed: King, firm. Bathroom sink needed repair. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast only so-so. Parking, of course, no problem: outside door for every room.

It was fine for what we needed - a reasonably priced place to stay for the night on our way to Canada. The room was clean and comfortable. The property, however, is fairly run down and in need of repair. The free breakfast was a nice amenity but the coffee was undrinkable - fortunately there is a Dunkin's nearby.

The door of the room was opened when I arrived (9 pm). Did not feel safe at all. Bed and curtains were stained. Very disgusting. The fan in the bathroom was barely working. And in the middle of the night, odours of cigarettes and marijuana was coming out of it when it was stopped. Worst room ever. I don't recommend.

Room was nicer than l was expecting, and spotless. However, one of the faceclothes had noticeable stains on it (thankfully there was an extra, so we didnt need to use it). The bathtub was pristine, and the water was delightfully hot! The breakfast was okay, and the tables were crowded in together in a small space, but it was adequate. They need to clean the entryway doors to the main office & breakfast areas, as it was a major turn-off for eating in there. Bed and pillows were comfy. Only place to get food late at night nearby, was Dominos, which took 2 hours to deliver one pizza.

We came here on a motorcycle trip. It checked all of the boxes for basic lodging on our way through Maine. Nothing fancy, but it wasn't a dump either. One significant feature was it was right next door to a huge Brew pub. It was also right across the street from a barbecue spot for dinner. And also it was right down the road from a great little breakfast joint that had great homemade corned beef hash. I would gladly return

The air conditioner sounded like an airplane.

Rooms clean, breakfast ok, staff ok but got two rooms. In one the outlet didn’t work to use the hairdryer and in the other the hairdryer didn’t work at all. With 5 women on a girl we just let in dry natural.

Not safe.

A little loud at night. Sound travels into room easily.

I had a great experience staying there, the room was overall clean, well kept comfortable bed. I had a good night sleep. This is exactly what I needed.

Parking in front of room a plus

Close to main roads

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean. There was ample parking spaces. The continental breakfast was good, coffee, juice, waffles, cereal, etc.
-
Nice basic hotel at a great price. Convenient to Freeport shops and right off the highway. Very clean and nice breakfast.

Pretty run down. Odiferous room. Nowhere to hang towels. Limited TV station selection. Dirty waste baskets. Very nice staff however. Not much value for the price

I lasted an hour, then went and was lucky enough to find a room at another establishment. Front desk staff was as helpful as he could be.
