Conveniently located in downtown Freeport- all the shops are just steps away. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was beautiful.

Make sure you ask for a room away from the railroad. Our window was literally 25 feet from the railroad track. Although the front desk lady told us the train doesn’t pass at night, it did three times from 9 pm to 7 am, and the one at 4 am blew its horn when passing.

Stay was awesome everything was clean , the staff was helpful and the grounds were beautiful.. walking distance to all the shops downtown.. would highly recommend and will definitely go back

Love the rooms, plenty of space and so clean! Feels like home! We love staying here every year for our anniversary… the best place to stay easily in Freeport! One complaint: The breakfast has changed from prior years… previously, the waffles for example were large, homemade waffles (and delicious). This recent stay, it was a frozen waffle just heated up and a let down to be honest. Not sure if that was cost savings on the part of the hotel but the breakfast had been a high point for us… unfortunately, not this stay :/

Perfect location near Main Street but quiet. Next to park where they apparently have outdoor music in summer. Seems welcoming to dogs but not overrun with them. Will bring our dog next time!

While my stay was okay and I really cannot complain about the state of the facilities or cleanliness, because those were well maintained - I do want to touch on how online states that there is room service and breakfast for Hilton guests. While it states these things, there is no room service. If you order ‘room service’, you must go down to the lobby to retrieve what you order. The breakfast included is also $16.50 per person.

It was very close to downtown. Staff was very friendly. Decor seems not to have been updated lately. No exhaust fan in bathroom.
