Nice old house with gracious host and excellent breakfast.

Nice quaint room. Staff willing to give us breakfast early so we could join our kayaking group on time.

Highly recommend the nearby Tuscan bistro, and checking out the LL Bean store. The breakfast is also lovely in the morning to not have to worry about it. The town is cute and very walkable.

The place was perfect for our Freeport stay! Walkable location and her breakfasts were fantastic! Would definitely stay again:)

Easy to reach location and just a couple of short blocks to all the stores. Inn-keeper was helpful and friendly — The lawn is peaceful and quiet despite the proximity to Main St as well as the highway. It doesn’t have a gathering / living room and that might not work for some people. I loved that there were ample electrical outlets— often missing in old buildings. Common rooms for relaxing.

Breakfast and coffee are provided. Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Quaint and charming.

Connie is a lovely hostess, full of warmth and hospitality. The inn is immaculately clean and comfortably furnished. We stayed in the Bayberry Room which had every amenity we could have wanted. Breakfasts were delicious and the coffee superb. We would love to stay there again the next time we visit Freeport.

It was a very clean and comfortable B&B. Updating an old historic home to accommodate many guests can be complicated, but this was done with taste. The home cooked breakfast was excellent. It's located within easy walking distance of Freeport, Maine

This BNB was very clean and the owner was kind and helpful. The reason for my lower rating is the front stairs are dangerous, I worried about my older mom using them, and while everyone else had a great bed, ours was like a box, it was terrible. Also we stayed upstairs and with the slanted ceilings the room was small.andbi banged my head several times.
