Needed to be maintained better outside the hotel. There was some trash in the parking lot and near the door to go in.
-
Make this short and sweet there were bedbugs

Reasonable stay. Could have used more staff at checking & checkout.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was super comfortable could've used a couple of extra body washes otherwise everything was great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Older hotel with updates and cute style.

Cleanliness was good Although refrigeration was cold freezer needed defrost was still able to store my insulin overnight and re freeze my ice packs for travel next day which people don’t understand is the the most important thing for travelers

Convenient to shopping district.

The room was nice, but had an odd smell, as did the hallways. Everything was clean & there were mini toiletries for use if needed. Plenty towels, but the shelf in the shower was super tiny. Staff was very friendly. The bed was a little too firm for my taste, but there was a good selection of pillows. This is in a nice area, close to restaurants, & near the highway. The outlets are a few miles away as well.

We had no curtains! There were tracks and pull rods but nothing attached. We had to use the small side panels, pull them together and attach with a hanger (with clips) just to have a little privacy. (Window was not completely covered) The refrigerator was either unplugged or unworking- unfortunately we couldn't eat our leftovers because they weren't remotely cold and we didn't want to get sick. The walls were paper thin and we could hear other doors opening and closing, hear conversations from other rooms. We would definitely never stay here again.

We booked this hotel as it seemed clean and well rated. We had been driving for 10 hours and this was our stop for the night. The front desk was fine but the pictures and reality didn’t match. We went to our room and was immediately hit with the smell of mold. We had already paid ahead for the room and just wanted to sleep. We went and got supper and came back to the hotel and realized the bathroom door was broke and couldn’t be closed without causing more damage. There was dust and spider webs all over the place and the bedding was stained. The carpet and bed were both damp feeling. I was up half the night taking my inhalers as the mold was affecting my asthma. We had looked at getting another room somewhere else but would have had to drive past Portland at that point in the night. We got up early to go find allergy medication and get outta there. If you are assigned room 119, good luck.
