The room was spotless. More room than in other hotels. The fridge was larger, if you need that. The staff was very helpful at check-in and when we had to update our reservation.

It was okay

Modern renovated property . Breakfast was also served fresh with hot and cold options . We loved our booking and as per booking.com rep it was but upon arrival it wasn’t . The staff accommodated us right there and then …

Standard free breakfast Cool shower, not even a little bit warm. That sucked.

While the property was clean, The "buffet breakfast" was fake scramble egg patties, and sausage as far as hot food, I wouldn't call it a buffet really. There WAS NO HOT WATER in the SHOWER, and The Front Desk clerk wasn't there when I checked out and there were a pile of room keys on the desk suggesting they had not been there for a while. The cups wrapped in plastic in a stack with the ice bucket were wet plastic around the cups, seemed like they had been used with the plastic on and were not replaced or checked by housekeeping when the room was cleaned before my arrival. Location was adequate, reasonably quiet, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, but the Direct TV remote had no sleep timer, seems like there should be a way to put the sleep timer on the tv for people that need to fall asleep using sound. For the price, this was worth about half of what I paid. Definitely disappointed

Staff were not at the desk to assist and did not answer the phone number that they left to reach them at. Hotel is rough around the edges, drain flies in the bathroom. At best it is a basic place to sleep.

The bed was clean. Breakfast was minimal. Cleanliness of the rest of the room was not great.

Very reasonably priced.

I made an error and inadvertently booked a room for 8/3 instead of 8/2. They were contacted within 3 minutes of the reservation being made but, according to Expedia, were unable to correct my error and additionally declined to refund any portion of my payment? When I continued to press Expedia for a resolution they then told me that the phone call with the hotel was ‘cut off’ and they were no longer answering their phone. The Customer Service gentleman said he would send an e-mail requesting a refund and I should have an answer in a day or two. That was a week ago. 😠

This property was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

Dirty property, did not have hot water. Dirty bathrooms, dirty rugs, the whole building and room had an odor. Beds were uncomfortable, paint chipping on walls, dirty hand prints and feet on walls. Would not recommend.

Our room was filthy. Dirty sheets, bathroom had coffee rings all over it, the worst…. mucus smeared on the nightstand. The room smelled like musty cigarettes. We arrived late with two small children and still left after 1 hour. Ended up staying at the Hampton inn, which was lovely with kind staff and clean rooms. I have no idea how this place is still in business. We are awaiting a refund.
