It had everything you would like in a hotel. Street traffic noise was loud.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, there was no towels. The room was hot.

Staff was very thoughtful: when we first checked in only the louder rooms were free and they told us to come down in the morning to switch if it bothered us

Staff was helpful. Wouldn’t stay again.

The bottom of the shower curtain was dirty. No trash bags in the trashes The fridge didn’t work we had to get ice from the ice machine to keep our things cold. The conditioner and body wash containers were empty. The breakfast was gross. I’ve never had an experience like this before with a hotel. We travel and stay at a lot of hotels. The gentleman who was working the front desk Saturday night was anything but helpful. When we talked to him about our room all he said was Ok, sorry to hear about that. This morning upon check out Shein at the front desk was way more helpful and gave an email for me to send the pictures too. We will not be staying there again.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our only problem was the lighting in the room. It was low in the room and the bathroom. A very nice place to stay.

It could of been better More options all should of been ready at the same time

The property is located adjacent to the 295 highway. The traffic noise was all night. I was given a sound machine to deal with the noise. Marriott should install soundproof windows. Completely unacceptable.

Everything was great

Everything was five stars! The beds were excellent and very comfortable. The only area that I would rate four stars is the breakfast. There wasn’t enough variety, and unfortunately, the coffee was terrible.

From the moment we arrived, the condition was unacceptable. Our room had so little lighting that we had to keep the window shade open just to see properly. The hallways smelled strongly of body odor, and even with the hallway windows open, the smell was awful. We traveled with children, and the pool should have been a highlight. Instead, it was closed for THREE DAYS of our stay. When it was open, the pool area felt close to 100 degrees. I became so overheated I felt like I couldn't breathe and was close to passing out. When I told the woman at the front desk, she said, "It's supposed to be like that." When I explained how unsafe it felt, she simply walked away and ignored me. The pool area was also filthy, with rusted doors and a black tarp draped along the top. The entire hotel felt dirty, smelled unpleasant, and appeared poorly maintained. I asked TWICE to have our room cleaned. We returned this evening and, once again, it had not been cleaned. Perhaps most frustrating is that previous negative reviews appear to receive the same generic, AI generated apology. I hope management actually acknowledges and addresses what guests are experiencing. We paid for a clean, comfortable hotel with working amenities. What we received fell far below reasonable expectations. We will not return and cannot recommend this hotel to other families. see photos on google review

The room, was clean and has everything that we needed. The stuff was pleasant and helpful.

There was no body wash in the bathroom, it need to be refilled. The pool area was dirty and falling apart. There was no eggs for breakfast only bacon and sausage/ no fruits/ no yogurt/ no cream.I asked staff and they said they had no eggs. I will not be returning to this hotel.
