Spark by Hilton Freeport

Superb

This would have been fine room at a Motel 6 at Motel 6 prices but it did not meet the expectation of a Hilton property.

Entièrement rénové. Très bonne insonorisation. Simple mais très bien

Disappointing

Very clean and well kempt. It’s obviously not a super nice hotel but it’s great value for money. The ambiance

Poor

It was a convenient location and the shower had great water pressure. Staff was very accommodating.

Comfortable and price Breakfast could have been better

The doors to the rooms were off being level and slammed shut very noisy

Good breakfast options. Helpful staff.

The bed and pillows were awesome. It was clean and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast needed a little something more. It wasn't bad it just missed a few things.

Clean, comfortable, free parking, and kind staff. No elevators.

Cars idling in car park all night right outside our window , staff unhelpful, poor acoustics and slamming doors

Still a fair amount of remodel construction going on for rest of hotel really only affecting appearance of part.

Close to Freeport DT though outside town and a bit barren around it. Staff was very friendly and concerned we enjoyed our stay. Place was spotless. Lobby and breakfast are very bright and cheerful. Still a fair amount of remodel construction going on for rest of hotel really only affecting appearance of part.

Shower and bathroom had not been cleaned. There was other peoples hair on the shower walls, we at least expected the place to be clean.

Good location for our overnight stop on the way home Shower and bathroom had not been cleaned. There was other peoples hair on the shower walls, we at least expected the place to be clean.

It was clean and bed was comfortable. It was a little further from the downtown area than I preferred

The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was included. The pricing was very good as compared to other hotels in the area. The room had a king sized bed and desk area which pulled out into an L shape which provided lots of work area. There were a lot of power connections- at the desk, beside the bed and on the walls near the bed. An extra chair and footstool was also in the room. The open closet had an ironing board and iron, suitcase rack and sufficient amount of hangers. A full length mirror was on the wall opposite the bathroom. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in containers on the wall. The sink had body lotion in a bottle on the wall also. There was a hairdryer in a bag on a hook on the door. The shower stall was roomy and had a grab bar. The water pressure was strong with a large shower head. The bathroom had a fan which worked and was quiet. The room A/C worked well and was very quiet. I did not know the Spark name but I picked it because of the Hilton name attached and it didn’t disappoint. The room decor was sparse but we attributed this to the recent remodel. Although there was a microwave and fridge, we missed having coffee available in the room. We arrived late, after 8 pm, and I didn’t know that coffee was available in the lobby.

Very good
