Nothing as such Rude behavior from the reception boy

Staff were kind and Professional

When I later spoke with the manager, he argued with me, insisting he would only refund one night out of three because “we called in the afternoon,” which is simply false. When I asked whether he planned to inspect the rooms, he claimed he had already seen them and that “nothing was wrong,” then hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. This was a terrible experience, and we will not be staying at Days Inn properties in the future.

First room toilet didn’t work , we got moved to another room where the bathroom was flooded and I slipped in it when we let him know he copped an attitude as if we did something Customer service goes a long way

I am a regular customer here. I made an online reservation yesterday, but upon arrival, the waiter was very rude and even raised his voice at me. This will be my last visit due to the terrible service. Note: this happened on Tuesday, 09/01/2026, around 6:00 p.m. I will not be back.

Smelled cigarettes even though front desk said all room are non-smoking rooms. Want to switch to different room, but staff said all booked

The hotel is very old, time to get a new carpet, the old carpet smells but overall the room, bathroom are clean, even the water pressure is good. Staff is very friendly.

Good location to catch BART to go into San Francisco Upon check in they make copies of your drivers license and your credit card information including the security number. When leaving we ask to have the copies returned to us for security reasons and they refused to give it back. We are very sensitive about this due to security breaches in the past. If this is their general policy, we refuse to stay at Days Inn by Wyndham.

This place was like a very cheap motel. You could hear people talking in other rooms that nade difficult to sleep. I was extremely uncomfortable with the environment. I have previously stayed in Days Inn in other States and have enjoyed the environment, amenities, cleanliness, unfortunately this place was ghetto type. They didnt even have water bottles you could purchase in the facility and i had to drive to a closed by gas station to get water for my kids.
