Can you pay me back $100 deposit

They had laundry facilities I know Fremont has only a few choices to choose from. Choose elsewhere. I made two reservations by mistake and they would not refund my money. It was done through booking.com and they would not respond to booking.com emails for waiver of the refund fee. They said "I'm a smart girl who made this reservation, figure it out" I've been on the phone with booking.com and they told me the hotel refuses to waive the fee. Not only was the hotel manager rude, the room was not nice.

No breakfast but the staff was great. Very friendly and willing to make the staff comfortable. Not able to spend more time there.

Nothing. I will never return. The carpet and chair were dirty. The windows green was broken. The blanket was stained and had a hole. The bathroom had black circular patterns on the shower walls. The room was very stuffy and had an unpleasant odor. When I asked for a full refund, I was told I would get a refund in the morning. The morning manager did not follow through with a full refund.

We arrived early and were prepared to wait, but not with no restroom whatsoever for guests in the very limited waiting area. I crossed the street and used one at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was nothing like many other “by Wyndham” properties I’ve stayed at. Coke machine out of order, no snacks for purchase, only a large empty case, etc.

It was a nice average property. Nothing special noting too crazy. Unfortunately the room did have a very strong smell of bleach that I thought would go away overtime but unfortunately, lasted my entire stay.

Overall it's a good place to stay depending on what they are charging. Between 70 and 80 is fair. Anything more and there are way better options..

There was no breakfast. Carpet was dirty and sticky. There was no bar soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. The water was semi warm but not hot. I was double charged for my stay.

Real clean and quiet place

Clean, comfortable, and a huge relief after a long day. The room felt well-maintained and ready upon arrival, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. Minor cosmetic wear in some areas, but nothing that impacted the stay. The price was higher than usual, but understandable given availability.

I had a great experience with the staff. The room smelled upon walking in, after a little investigation, I realized inside the closet storage area. There was an old plate of food. I took it to the check-in counter, and the gentleman took a picture of it talk to the cleaning staff about it, but the cleaning staff should have noticed that. The TV had an issue coming on. It didn’t have many channels the, blanket looked dirty glad I always bring my own. The curtains look like they had not been washed, the tub was black at bottom. Mr clean magic eraser gets it clean now, so there’s no excuse. I wasn’t cleaned correctly.

The room was nice and big They lied about breakfast being included, the receptionist was lazy and unhelpful wouldn't provide towels on my second day there . Also really loud so hard to sleep

Later, while getting ready to check out, I saw a cockroach crawling on the wall. I am only sharing this information for awareness and so they are aware that the property may not be meeting minimum service and cleanliness standards. I recorded a video and showed it to the hotel staff at the lobby before leaving, although I am not sure whether they will take any action regarding the situation.

The room was clean. Wi-fi kept losing connection. This particular hotel is in Silicon Valley, in California. There is No reason why the Wi-fi should be sketchy. No breakfast. Key card wouldn’t work. Had to get another programmed. The decorations were very outdated and old looking.
