Days Inn by Wyndham Fremont

The hotel is very old, time to get a new carpet, the old carpet smells but overall the room, bathroom are clean, even the water pressure is good. Staff is very friendly.

Good location to catch BART to go into San Francisco Upon check in they make copies of your drivers license and your credit card information including the security number. When leaving we ask to have the copies returned to us for security reasons and they refused to give it back. We are very sensitive about this due to security breaches in the past. If this is their general policy, we refuse to stay at Days Inn by Wyndham.

This place was like a very cheap motel. You could hear people talking in other rooms that nade difficult to sleep. I was extremely uncomfortable with the environment. I have previously stayed in Days Inn in other States and have enjoyed the environment, amenities, cleanliness, unfortunately this place was ghetto type. They didnt even have water bottles you could purchase in the facility and i had to drive to a closed by gas station to get water for my kids.

Bed bugs and blood everywhere with mold the most disgusting place I’ve ever been!!!

They are in fremont and have laundry facilities. DO NOT BOOK here! The manager was rude and refused to answer booking.com and waive the refund fee. I had booked twice and only required one room. I used and paid for one room. I've been trying to get a refund from booking.com and this hotel for over a month. DO NOT USE BOOKING.com

They had laundry facilities I know Fremont has only a few choices to choose from. Choose elsewhere. I made two reservations by mistake and they would not refund my money. It was done through booking.com and they would not respond to booking.com emails for waiver of the refund fee. They said "I'm a smart girl who made this reservation, figure it out" I've been on the phone with booking.com and they told me the hotel refuses to waive the fee. Not only was the hotel manager rude, the room was not nice.

Housekeeping was very helpful and generous. We will be back soon ! Thank you for your hospitality ! John & Carol Ann.
