Comfort Inn & Suites Fultondale Gardendale I-65

The staff here was excellent. Everyone I talked to were super friendly and helpful. We love hanging out at the pool. The breakfast is tasty. This was our 2nd time staying here and we will come back!

The room wasn’t clean and the night we were there other guest were super loud and playing music loud in the parking lot.

It was clean but the window shade was ripped and needed to be replaced. The room was damp and stuff and no air circulation. The food didn’t even look appetizing.

Staff extremely helpful. Check-in was quick. Room was nice and beds very comfortable.

*Our room didn’t have a remote control so that meant couldn’t even watch TV at all. *Our room had a seat in the middle of the shower that you couldn’t remove. * matresses was so hard it was like sleeping in the parking lot on the asphalt. *breakfast was suppose to be from 6-9, went down about 6:30 and no light were on and the worker was asleep behind the front desk *when i approached the worker about the issues, i was advised there was nothing they could do about it and never got an apology or any offer to make it right

Beds were hard, staff was rude and asked intrusive questions about our stay. The breakfast was not good and very little selection. I will never stay there again.

The cleanliness Bed were to soft , felt like I was sleeping in box springs

Run down. Cleaned the rooms SUPPOSEDLY every other day. If that’s not bad enough, they couldn’t even do that regularly. Not staying there again.

Minor mold next to bathtub needs fixing.

No coffee available in mornings. Facility seemed outdated. Air conditioning did not seem to work well in our room.

Room was clean, parking simple On 2 separate occasions this Comfort Inn & Suites has refused to refund the final night of my stay when I've had to check out a day early due to my work schedule. On 2 separate occasions from that they have double charged me for my room and forced me to wait until after checkout in order to recover my funds, leaving my bank account severely in the negative.

The location is very convenient to downtown. The price was very affordable. Breakfast was good, not great. It was very clean. Parking was difficult. There is extra parking in the back but the sign says "at your own risk". Coffee machine was broken at breakfast. No curtains on windows to block the sunlight. I like a dark room. I was charged a "hold" for the entire amount of the room and also paid the full amount on arrival. Waiting for the hold to be returned is a little inconvenient.

Convenient and in our budget. The room was advertised as 2 queen beds. However we have a queen at home and the bed was more of a full! The fire alarm going off just as we got to the room. Apparently some of the staff was cooking a turkey and burned it.

woke up too late for breakfast everything was fine.

The location is perfect! I was called to get new room due to broken window coverings. Get there to do that, and they tell me that the rooms are all booked up. Then find a king room and didn’t bother to ask if that was alright. It wasn’t because I traveled with my brother not my man. The property was dark. Run down. Old.

No coffee! And no water in the morning! Check in was slow.

Breakfast was great Did not like the metal bed frames. Made lots of racket getting on the bed.
