Awesome experience there are no complaints

The King suite room was comfortable, clean and had plenty of room. The pool is small and not much room to move if there are people there. Its only a 3 level hotel but it only has one small elevator. The luggage cart barely fits on there. The breakfast is good but not many options.

It was very clean and Sakina at the front desk was great. The breakfast was exceptional, as well as the woman who set it up. I feel like it was overpriced for the middle of the week and the bed was not very comfortable.

Bed was a bit hard and lumpy.

My booking was non refundable and when I walked in a roach was running around the lobby. The person that checked me in wasn’t trained correctly because he locked himself out of the system and resulted in a hour check in wait time. The interior had visible spots that could be clearly clean. This place reminds of a independent place carrying the Marriott brand on a cheap budget.

Easy check in. Clean common area, room was very nice bed comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! So many choices for the kids. Thank you we had a very nice stay

I booked a stay and got to the hotel and there were no rooms available. I also wasn’t able to get refunded. Terrible experience. Do not recommend this hotel or hotels.com. Management was inconsiderate. I will change my review if I am refunded. Otherwise it’s a big negative for me.

The staff was awesome that checked me in they had a great vibe and extremely nice

The staff was friendly. The room said it accommodates 4 people. I had to sleep on the floor because there was 1 king size bed and it said a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper was the size of a twin bed.

We booked and paid un advance for a room with 2 beds but they did not have any 2 bed rooms available upon check in

We booked on Expedia a 2 queen bed room. When we checked in we were given a King suite room. Really needed the extra bed for our kids. All of the rooms were booked so we had to make do with what we had. The staff was helpful getting a roll away bed and the kids made it. Just not getting what we booked was inconvenient. Breakfast was pretty good and staff was super helpful that morning.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, and great staff!! Location is great too 👍
