That hotel was clean. The receptionist was very welcoming. The rooms were clean. The rooms were missing a clock on the wall or an alarm clock, and there was not an electrical outlet on both sides of the bed. The breakfast area was clean and the food selection was good.

The pool is TINY, so there is not a lot of moving around happening. The treadmill was damaged, so it worked very little.

Really nice hotel with good rooms, shower and very quiet.

kitchen \ breakfast staff was rude. Pointed at me with regard to where something was located, without my asking, and never spoke a word. Behaved like a child and treated others the same way.

My booking was non refundable and when I walked in a roach was running around the lobby. The person that checked me in wasn’t trained correctly because he locked himself out of the system and resulted in a hour check in wait time. The interior had visible spots that could be clearly clean. This place reminds of a independent place carrying the Marriott brand on a cheap budget.

Easy check in. Clean common area, room was very nice bed comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! So many choices for the kids. Thank you we had a very nice stay

I booked a stay and got to the hotel and there were no rooms available. I also wasn’t able to get refunded. Terrible experience. Do not recommend this hotel or hotels.com. Management was inconsiderate. I will change my review if I am refunded. Otherwise it’s a big negative for me.
