Just pull up tha whole hotel carpet it smells like flood damage our room smelled like it had mole in it ask for a new room they said no and breakfast wasn’t even it either will neva stay there ever again no thank u

2. I was charge $100.00 incidental and did not get a refund. I didn't use the phone, or any soaps (brought my own), and I didn't make coffee. There was no mini bar. Unless I was charged for using electricity for my CPAP machine, charging my devices, cooling a soda in the fridge, and heating left overs in the microwave, or connecting to the internet, I don't know what incidentals means. Next stay, I will know to plan for the 100.00 bucks upcharge.

The bed linens were stained. There was chicken nugget on the floor. The bathroom was not fully cleaned. Both rooms I reserved were not properly cleaned. The beds were comfortable, the check in attendant was friendly.

water came pouring through the bathroom ceiling at 11 pm! so much water floor entirely covered, filled light fixture, coming through exhaust fan, and was outside of room near stairs covering floor! husband went to front desk and NO ONE was there, called numerous times and guest from 2nd and 3rd from above us came down to looking for help as well. Guest from second floor called 911 police showed because still no one at front desk! someone finally showed up after cops did and we finally got moved to another room which was less than superior and NOT what we had reserved, beds squeaked, could not sleep and smelt terrible. my husband inquired about refund due to inconvenience and they said they would take to owner. crickets no response no refund! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! and please tell me why meeting rooms filled with mattresses? oh and breakfast was not worth bothering! Disappointed to say the least!

The room itself was comfortable.The bed allowed for a restful night. The comforter was way to thin. Almost like another sheet on top. A slight mildew smell was noticeable upon entry.The window curtains had a few visible stains.The roll-in accessible shower had drainage issues.Water pooled across the bathroom floor during use.

It was great

After an exhausting drive we checked into this hotel planning to zone out and watch TV to relax. After learning that the Cable was out when I got to our room and they didn't know when it would be back on, that's when I started checking reviews... I usually check them before I check in to a place but we were desperate and exhausted. The room was okay but it smelled bad like dirty feet or something. The hallways were gross The trash can outside was really disgusting, The tile Flores were really dirty. The breakfast bar was fine the regular hotel stuff... The coffee was fine also.

My stay was horrible it smelled like mildew, the bed was not made up, the bathroom was nasty I couldn’t stay there I left at 11:00pm I checked in at 9:30pm I just wasted money and I’m not satisfied at all about it

Very peaceful stay

The property is in need of a refresh. Floor in room were dirty and breakfast was late to come out and many hot products were still cold. Sausage gravy was not pre heated and was using the steam table to heat, very dangerous.

Excellent stay for the money.

Property was great for what your paying for. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Second floor hall had dips in the hallway that concerned me and breakfast was limited on food options. Rooms could use a deep cleaning like behind the toilet roller. Most importantly we slept safely.

The hotel was really dirty. Our room had sheets with stains and hairs. The beds were super uncomfortable and the breakfast wasn't great at all. This hotel was empty while others were packed out. Should have been a red flag for us.

Clean nice facilities, staff was helpful. I would stay there again.

I paid for my room with cash when I checked in, but they still took money off my card for the room like I did not pay cash. Breakfast was very bad the outlets where not working where they had the breakfast at only had to eat cold cereal. The outlets caught on fire 🔥 in the breakfast area.

Our room was absolutely disgusting there was mold all over the bathroom ceiling, no stopper for the bathtub for my children to use doorknob was broke to the bathroom. The ceiling has yellow rectangles all over it. The curtains have nasty stains all over them. The beds have only top sheets to sleep with I asked the front desk if they actually had comforters and they said yes and let them know how bad our room was and that we only had top sheets to sleep with. Also went down to ask for towels and I asked the front desk for at least 4 towels he brought me 1 I said one isn’t going to work I have 3 children and 2 adults and he only brought me back 2 more. This was the absolute worst stay and waste of money. There are also soft spots all the way down the hallway to our room on the second floor. I have pictures of everything if someone would like to contact me to fix this situation. Room 218 and my phone number is 251-643-9230. I’ve asked to speak with a manager multiple times and kept getting told he would be here at certain times and still have yet to get this resolved.
