I had a great stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shopping. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my Ray-Ban sunglasses behind, and the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They quickly located them and even mailed them back to me. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here overnight on our way to Florida..The rooms were amazing, along with the staff..It was PERFECT. Thank you for a GREAT stay😂

I booked it on the wrong night and the front desk took care of it. She was very helpful! The place is great and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

The Breakfast Offerings were extensive and very tasty. The Young Man Staffer was excellent and was very present and helpful. The Check-In Staff was very responsive and helpful also.

We stayed at the hotel for a Softball tournament and the location was great, room was clean and beds comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Hotel is convenient to dining and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine except for check in process. Rude, condescending clerk. Didn’t start off the stay very well but the room was great, pool good, breakfast fine.

Convenient location to Highway. Restaurants close. Staff very helpful. Very clean and nice room.

Check in was quick and efficient, the room was clean and modern, the free breakfast had a lot of choices, and the outside pool was clean.

One of the beds in my room had a stain on the bedsheet, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they did give me a 1000 point bonus with an apology, which I appreciate. I was able to sleep in the other queen bed in that room without problems. As I was checking out the next morning, a different lady at the front desk was pretty rude to me when I was attempting to get a zero balance statement on my bill. She told me twice that she could not do for me when I was asking her to do, but as I was trying to clarify what I needed, she very rudely asked me if I could hear what she was telling me. I found out later that she very easily could have printed me a zero balance receipt, because my stay was a pay at property situation, not pay in advance through Expedia, as she was trying to indicate to me. Very awkward and uncomfortable situation.
